Ms. Lacy Shay said the truth and there is more to add in my opinion. I know some items are higher at Joanna store than they are in the Clinton stores how is this possible and where is that money going? Think this store should be checked by Corporate Office.

I have never been in this store without it being extremely disorganized, & overcrowded. There is barely any stocked items, everything is blocking the isles in boxes. The employees seem to just do whatever whenever, which is noticeably not their jobs. The checkout line takes so long due to the employees & customers chatting. I always have to go to another store to get what I'm looking for. The only hope for this store is to hire people not from Joanna. It isn't working.

Employees are loud, rude, and disorganized. The manager is curt, rude, and lazy.Signage was still up on the front doors for a 50% off sale, and at the very very very very very bottom of the sign apparently there was a date that said the sale expired yesterday, but they had not actually removed the signs, and being 8.5 by 11 printed out paper signs, that date was not something I saw coming through the door, I was getting ready to go out to the other side of the door and look for said date, when the manager jumped out from behind the counter and said "justtjust make sure there's no more confusion, I'll be taking these signs down."Slammed everything between the counter and the door on his way, and I couldn't help but think, as a retail worker of 15 years; "you should have taken them down when the sale ended."it's not as if this was one piece of obscure store signage that got left on a table somewhere where it could have been missed, there were two large signs on the front door.in addition, generally speaking the courteous thing to do to customers when you as a manager and all of your employees have failed to remove expired signage, is to honor the sale. I know for a fact that Dollar general has the ability to do that, as I worked at a Dollar general in Cross Hill, not far from this one.These employees are safe to say the second rudest employees I have dealt with in a Dollar general, and that's really saying something.In addition, they seemed to have no care for enforcing the mask policies, as I encountered three other customers not wearing masks just wandering the store, and was forced to stand behind one in line for the better part of 10 minutes, while she pulled various forms of payment out of her shirt, and the cashier continually screamed for the manager, because she did not have change for $100 bill.I'm glad I don't come out to Joanna much; but the next time I do, it's certainly won't be to come to this store.

Love this store in joannaCan get what I need without going anywhere else and I the store is only a few mins from our house so we can walk there anytime we need too.Glad we have this store in joanna.
