We really appreciated his help and kind demeanor. Another employee, Walter, was rude and rolled his eyes when we told him we were having trouble. I would advise someone to remind him of decent customer communication.”

“This is one of my favorite true values in Charleston. You get a sense that this place is very well managed because there's so many employees here that are incredibly helpful. But there is one that is truly exceptional, Autumn. There's been a few times that I've gone in in politely deferred help that was offered, and she could see right where I was turning around in the aisles what I was looking for. More often than not she knows exactly where it is or a possible solution to a project I'm working on.”
