Send him a repair just to tighten one bult for bushing tried to charge.ppl 385 dollars .to say needed new parts when replaced already and was rude and keep saying he don't go behind bad macnics .when tried get the car and go some whare else charge a diagnostic fee witch never said was one paid and left .ppl don't go there he cracked and ripoff beware ppl .dangerous

This is scam people, they charge you for job they never did, two service calls for one repair, double price for parts, when I call to get clearrafication about charges on bill over told me he get last part from dealer and he is going to remove it from truck just because I asked about charges on bill.One star is too much for this people

I advise anyone that considers using this company for repairs to look elsewhere. This company was dispatched by a 3rd party vendor (Michelin On Call) to do work on our company's trailer. They never called the vendor to get approval to do work over $1,000.00 (which is per the contract) and they proceeded to do work without approval, leading to a bill of $8,000... The work completed was atrocious and the landing gear that they worked on had to be repaired by a different repair facility. While trying to dispute the $8,000.00 bill with them, they vandalized our trailer and the cops had to get involved. I have attached pictures of the vandalized trailer. Please be aware.... These people are crooked and will try to get away with double/ triple charging you for parts (half of which aren't used) and labor.

Charles went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The repairs were done correctly and quickly to get me back on the road. Nothing but good things to say about this company and the owner. I look forward to using them again for all service and tow needs!

I have never met an individual so rude, arrogant, or entitled as this man! His people skills are slim to none and and he acts like he hates the world and everyone's existence in it. Don't waste your time, money, or effort dealing with this miserable human being. Trust me you'll thank me later!
