This place has went downhill bad. When swiping your card it takes FOREVER to approve if it even works! Then, once the card is approved it again takes FOREVER for the pump to turn on! I know exactly how long it takes to fill my tank and I was late to work one day because of how long it takes to get fuel. The other thing is the rear drive to Alliance Pkwy is nothing but giant holes! At least pour gravel in them so the it can be used! I don't see how BP can allow such poor upkeep of one of their facilities. This place does not rate four stars. Read some of the reviews, some are completely negative but still give 4-5 stars and many others are rating the Greyhound bus (bus stop).*Update after response: It seems the BP support team is failing. Telling reviewers that you're passing it on to the support team doesn't seem to be working since the negative reviews keep pouring in. How about just fix the problems instead of empty platitudes?!?!

Very slow pumps and since the changeover in staff/owners (?), this place has gotten progressively worse. The gentleman working behind the counter today was extremely rude. I travel though here often and always stop but today was my last trip here. Do not recommend.

They stole money off of my debit card at the atm the same ppl who own the gas station own the atm I put my card in and it took like 2 min when it usually takes 30 sec and it said transaction failed and it charged me the 3 dollar fee and took the 140 off my card and it never gave me the cash for it now I'm stuck for 10 days with ou the money I worked for and they tried to get a an attitude with me I'm sorry but you took my money so they have no right to get any attitude with anykne

Pump #2 did not shut off when the tank was full. It caused an overflow. Cashier was rude and unhelpful when informed.
