I want to share my experience today at BP's. I had been working on a tire problem for two days. I had a lug nut I couldn't get off and I had a hole in my sidewall. Brian, who was was there by himself took the time to put everything aside and help me. He could have put me off but he chose not too. I am so thankful for him and the service they provide. May God continue to bless you all.

I have taken several of my cars to Brian. He always fixed them in a timely manner. As of late I have taken my infiniti to him twice for the appointment time only to be told “He’s too busy and has other cars ahead” today I took my car back to him on the scheduled appointment time only to be told the same thing and “maybe” he can get to it Thursday. I then asked could I just leave the car to be fixed and he stated “he has too many cars there” I explained to him I couldn’t keep driving the car from Anderson because of fear that it will completely tear up on the highway. He gets frustrated waves me off and says “Get one of them guys to park it behind the shop” No. at this point I just get in the car and leave because if you don’t know how to fix the car just say that instead of giving me the run around. I will never take any of my vehicles there again nor will I ever recommend him to anyone else. His attitude was horrible. As I’m driving off he stands up and says park it back there. I said no thanks and left. Horrible experience.

I needed my tire fixed. He was really busy. He let me know it could be fixed but it may take a little time but if I wanted to wait he would get it. It didn't take that long and he worked it in. Great service. Very nice people.

I cannot express how thankful I am for BP express for taking time today to get my brakes done and advising us of what a dealership left undone on my car. We will def be using them for any future car needs we have. Thank you again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They give you the facts and charge a good price without overcharging. Will not try to sell you something you don't need to make a quick buck. Would recommend them to anyone.

Bryan (owner) absolutely saved me, and my family today. He was able to drop what he was doing and come out to where I had locked my keys in my car to unlock it. At he same time he was loaded with clients. Amazing service, and amazing staff! I'm EXTREMELY impressed!!! Thanx again Bryan! Big life saver!

Had new tires put on my truck. Asked if they could do it. They did, but evidently they don't have the proper tools for 20" aluminum rims. They cut scares in the edges of mine. Won't do that again.

Great experience!!! The price was cheaper than I expected. They did a free diagnosis also which almost every other shop charges for. Honest, helpful, quick, and friendly. Highly recommend. I will be returning when needed. Thank you!!! -Haley
