Excellent location! Beachfront. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony in most units. Private pier. Private beach access. 2 minute walk to great restaurants and shops. Laundromat on premises. We were on the 3rd floor and entire property was very quiet. Our unit (322) was a little outdated, but a good deal for the price. The only reason this property doesn't get 5 stars is there is NO elevator in any building. Steps are quite fun carrying luggage up and down, but as long a you pack light it shouldn't be an issue. Was not an issue for us, but may be for elderly and small children. One advisement: 1st floor units cannot see the beach. So if you want to see the beach from your balcony 3rd floor is best.

Love the pier. Cabins are great for one or two people.

You can’t beat the location! Plenty of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance, beautiful, wide family friendly beach. steps away, great quiet pool area , laundry facilities, we’ve stayed there every year for 25 years. We never even look for other areas to stay at.

C136. Not one single comfortable place to sit. Extremely outdated furniture. Location is great but we would not stay in this unit again.

I'm sure the price was fair for the market but we were a little surprised by the low bang for the buck. The pictures on the website tell one story, the experience tells another. It's a matter of details. As soon as we opened the door the musty smell hits you like a surprise left hook. And the air, though cool, felt muggy, not dry, like you would expect (more on this below). The kitchen and living area were nice and well appointed. There was plenty of silverware and plates. And I appreciated the desk as I did have to do some work. The view and proximity to the beach was also very good. However, it was not all unicorns and rainbows. Note to Vacasa: spend a little extra and provide a couple of premium rolls of both paper towels and toilet paper. And maybe provide more than the free Samsung TV (streaming apps are available too) A little goes a long way when forming impressions. It just gave off a "we are cheap and we're not trying to hide it" vibe. Also, ever heard of a Kureig? They're pretty popular and would be a very welcomed addition. Moving on...the fan in the bathroom didn't work. One of the towel bars was not affixed and threatened to fall off the wall if you so much as looked at it wrong. We would have called maintenance, however the second day we were there, we requested a second remote because there was only one for the living room and bedroom TV. The front office said they would let maintenance know and we never heard back so we didn't even bother with the other things. Customer service needs some work. On our last day maintenance did call us to come look at possible water damage the owner had noticed BEFORE we arrived four days prior. The wall next to the door was warped and had definitely gotten wet and we suspect that was the reason the room felt muggy during our entire stay. And prepare to live out of your luggage. There is just enough storage for 1 person. That's it. We booked this close to when we were wanting to stay and there wasn't much available in the area. Next time we will not make the same mistake and look at alternatives that give us better value.

We stayed in C142 and it was okay. Really wouldn’t consider staying in this unit again. The couch was terribly uncomfortable, the bed was extremely soft. The pots and pans were old, some rusty, some cheap aluminum. Thankfully we brought a small fan to drown out the noise of people going up and down the steps right outside.

My family and I have been staying at Sea Cabins for a few years now. After experiencing a few tragedies recently, we were hoping to get away again and just enjoy the beach. Unfortunately, our stay this time was disappointing. How my family and I were treated after voicing our complaints was unsatisfactory. We will not be choosing Sea Cabins anymore.

Very polite and friendly. I requested an ironing board but told they don't provide them. Strangely they do provide the iron though. Weird. Otherwise very satisfied.

Even though our air conditioner was out for the weekend, the owner did reach out to me and make things better. I appreciate the promptness in which my complaint was handled and I am happy with the outcome. Thanks

Nice place in a good location at the beach with a private pier. Unfortunately, too close to public accesses which make your private beach not so private! The unit we stayed in could have been cleaner! Too busy for second week in August, but I've herd from others later in the year is better.

There are NO ELEVATORS! So be prepared to bring all your luggage up plenty of stairs. The area itself is great. Love the private pier, BUT our room was tiny, out dated (Needed serious renovation)(318), no pictures on the wall felt like a white motel room for cheap, walls were dirty (nothing a magic eraser wouldn't fix), drawers in the kitchen were filthy with others hairs and the silverware was dirty. When you have to wash them before you use them, it's not a good thing. Great area, terrible room!
