Amazing experience, the customer service was a 10/10 great people. Me and my friends decided to rent mopeds for the day, we walked into the shop and met the staff as they greeted us with a very nice welcoming. To add onto the customer service they also offer very great and affordable prices. The process to rent was really fast easy to do. I personally would recommend this to anyone looking to have some fun on the island.

jordan always takes care of me. a few afternoons a week we come rent mopeds and sometimes golfcarts. hes a very funny and cool dude. always takes care of his customers.

I've had a great experience every time I've done business at Port City Moped. Jordan is a great guy, a rare breed of business owner that genuinely cares about his customers and their experience first and foremost. He talks to you like an old friend and treats you like one, too. He made me a return customer the first time, and has never disappointed since. I always look forward to stopping in to rent some scooters whenever I'm on the island. Thanks, and see you again next year!

Wonderful people and wonderful customer service!
My mom left her phone nearby, and we didn’t realize until I called. Despite us not renting with them at the moment, the employee, Ryan, who found it picked up to say it was lost, and even stayed after their closing hours to make sure we got it back, despite the torrential rain at the time! Truly hard to find that kind of service these days.

Jordan is great to work with. Recently purchased a Lance Cali Classic and he was easy to work with and helped guide me to what makes the most sense. He is extremely knowledgeable and fair. Really recommend using his business for rentals or purchases.

I just bought my first moped from Port City Moped! I absolutely love it! They delivered my moped to my house the very next day! And even gave me a matching pink helmet for free! So nice and a great experience!

Jordan was amazing. We didn't have a reservation but he got us all set up and showed us where to go. It was an absolute blast. Worth every penny! We will be back again.

These guys are magicians, got my moped working again after me struggling to fix it for months. Love visiting them too because IOP is just so awesome to hang out at. Jordan and the rest of the people there are super nice and easy to work with, highly recommend them! Some awesome vintage scooters in the shop too to look at

Jordan was great to work with. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't need and was patient with questions. Hard to find someone you can trust but he's a good guy. Even helped after hours. Highly recommend

I sincerely recommend this establishment for renting a daily golf cart. The gentleman running/owning the business is professional and a benefit to the community. My new husband and I happened to walk in fresh on our honeymoon, he rented us a golf cart, handed us a map where to drive it to a PRIVATE, unspoiled beach!! It was so romantic and fun! We will definitely go to him to rent again!Just a side note: one of the golf cart rental places that Google suggested; DOES NOT RENT GOLF CARTS DAILY. Go to Port City and save time, money, and have FUN!
