This pharmacy is one of the best around and staff are very nice and professional. My mom is 100 years old and she needs to use their services often and they always do the extras to help her out. One time Jessica even delivered her meds to her home. Two days ago I was trying to help a friend without insurance to pick up her prescription and without me asking Leah fund a coupon that saved her 80% cost. The love for their customers they show here is real and we can all learn something from them. I need to share my experience with people and thank all the staff here for a job well done!

Pharmacy staff are excellent, especially Barb and Ronita. Store staff are impolite at best. One girl in photo with short black hair always looks mad at the world.

The lady checking me out was rushing every customer through check out including myself. Couldn’t get the survey thing to work so thought I’d go here. Hopefully she quits but doesn’t make me wanna come back, yikes.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! The Walgreens pharmacy in Irmo has the rudest pharmacy tech. Every time i get a prescription filled, she makes you feel like you are bothering her. Even when I call the pharmacy I know it's her on the phone because of her nasty attitude. If you hate your job that much, maybe working in customer service isn't for you. Time to find another pharmacy.

the dumbest f****** people i have ever encountered!!!! i wish i could give a f****** zero. first of all why the f*** is the pharmacy, outta of things, f****** closed??????? literally makes nooooooo sense!!!!! people have meds to take and cant always get off work early enough to pick it up. what the f*** is wrong with this place and they are !!!!!always!!!! rude. definitely changing my pharmacy to one that is actually open and treats customers the right way. i cannot say it enough!!!!! do nnnnooooootttttt go here

Not surprised by the negative reviews here. This pharmacy needs a complete re-haul for customer service, efficiency, facility (old/run down), and staffing. I understand the last couple of years have been tough - I get it. There is zero excuse, however, for the poor experience I had there today. Zero.

Terrible pharmacy! Went to pick up RX via driv thru for my adult daughter, come to find out they didnt except her ins. (Medicaid). Tech said I could pay for the script if I wanted, but, I needed to get out of line and call my daughter to see if she wanted to do that. She preferred to pay as it was pain meds and she was in alot of pain. It had only been 5 min. Since getting out of line and getting back to the driv thru window and told them I prefer to pay. The tech said the script had already been deleted and I would have to get another prescription. Come to find out thru my daughter's Dr. They were not allowed to delete a script without talking to the Dr. especially with a controlled substance. Now I know Walgreens hires inexperienced Techs. Time for me to find a better pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy in Irmo. You will probably save time driving 20 minute away filling somewhere else than waiting for the prescription to be filled here. Even when you set a time for a prescription to be filled well in advanced, days even, they are never one time and you will always be waiting for them to fill it when you get there.

Please tell me why a Walgreen's pharmacy opens at 9 AM and then closes at 6 PM. Plus, pharmacy is closed Saturday's & Sunday's! Not acceptable

There is the sweetest pharmacy tech at this location who drew a sketch of my dog while we were waiting to pick up her heart medication. It absolutely makes my day to see this sweet surprise when I look at the medication summary and find the sketch of my dog. The techs have also been helpful in telling me about plans to save on my dog’s heart meds, which is extremely helpful.
