They are not open I’m not feeling well at all I made sure they were open and they are not. Looks like a whole bunch of construction going on but something like this needs to be known especially because they are only open one day out the week. This is my first time coming to return anything I’ve purchased online.

The workers didn’t greet me at all when entering the store. When asked what was the managers name the one vacation young guy stated that he was not a liberty to tell me and when asked what was his name, he refused and said he didn’t have to tell me anything. Rude and unprofessional behavior and attitude. First and last time I will ever visit this location. Shocking for a UPS location connected to Publix and I worked for Publix which promotes accommodation at its highest and customer service. Never again! That young guy had his hair flying off his head like a rooster out of the coop and though he didn’t give me his name I told him I would inform the manager what he looked like and there it is there!

I don’t know what’s going on but have had two packages that I printed UPS labels at home for, never show up. They aren’t being scanned in. One order to Amazon and one to Zappos. Make sure you keep your receipt and watch carefully when they are scanned. . Have never had a problem until the last couple of months. Make sure you’re getting refunded on your returns.

Customer service was on point during my recent visit. Staff provided solutions quickly (I needed a mailer, but based on what I was sending, they offered me a sturdier option, internal bag, which was the perfect fit for what I was mailing). They were also patient while I wrangled a toddler in mid transaction. It was a pleasant experience.

I hate when ups is the carrier that delivers packages to me because most of the drivers that deliver here are so careless and leave my packages at the same house number different street. Twice I’ve been able to intercept them. Many other times I’ve had to go through the turmoil of a re-order. Last week a package was left by them in the middle of my driveway in original packaging free to be stolen.

Clerk kept back turned to me like I wasn't there and when I made noise to get her attention she still ignored me. I don't get paid to sit in there like you.
