“From the first time walking in to ask some questions, they were very accommodating. Tom was able to take the time to answer them all. I dropped off my truck and let the professionals do their thing. Tom communicated with me throughout the time it was there. When my truck was ready to be picked up, I met the technician Mario, who had worked on it. He told me that I would be very happy with the results, he was right.I am so happy with my 20 year old truck running like new again. I highly recommend this shop! The staff and crew are awesome.”

“We’ve been using Hilliard for all our cars for 20+ years. They are outstanding not only with their responsiveness but also their willingness to explain to you in understandable plain English your situation. They are proactive, but not to the point of needless costs, they give recommendations and then leave it to you to decide. We’ve never questioned their judgement nor their pricing. I hope they stay in business until my grandchildren can see the benefit to how they treat not only the cars they service, but the customers most importantly. We have made many recommendations and continue to hear great things. Cheers Mike, Randy and Company to continued success.”

“I've been several bad experiences with mechanics in the area. After these guys did my neighbor right(a 76 year old female cancer patient), I took my little hundai to them after my belt broke. They found a critical problem in my engine with an oil leak around the gasket. Somehow these guys had my car back to better than it was before in less than half a day. Amazing work and super friendly staff kept me informed along the way about the bad surprises and when I went to pick my car up, it was 50 bucks less than they had quoted. Never going anywhere else. They could've ripped my neighbor off, they didn't and they did right by me.”

“They were the most professional mechanic I’ve ever done business with. He did everything he said he was going to do. I felt that he was being honest with me. The price wasn’t cheap but it was fair. I highly recommend the Dodgemaster Crew. Thank you again guys.”

“The team at Shealy Automotive was top notch from start to finish. They managed to work us in on an already busy schedule, and got my car back on the road very quickly. They are very honest and straightforward, and pricing is very fair. It's tough to find a good garage, look no further.”

“NOISE IN THE FRONT/STEERING: 2020 RAM 3500.A deserved highly rated review. I stopped into CBA while I was in the area on Thursday past, I had a mechanical concern on my truck and knew that they handle warranty work for CarMax/MaxCare, I was greeted by Conner who was at the service desk/customer area. Right off the start I knew this was going to be a favorable meet and greet. I was pleased he intently listened to my concern. I tried my best to describe the concern with a simplest of explanation, hand gestures, and various "noises" to simulate what I had been experiencing. I knew full well he would be able to decipher my animation. We set up an appointment to drop the vehicle off first a.m. Friday. I grabbed my Uber and away I went.Shortly before 10 a.m. I got the call that the concern could not be duplicated. As we all know, there is an invisible beam that projects across the driveway entrance to any repair shop that fixes all that is wrong. ( Humor ) I had a 50/50 chance feeling that it was more than likely a minor problem and it really didn't warrant to much heavy lifting to diagnose, even if it was a maybe/maybe not problem. The suggestion during the call is that they could service the steering system in which they found that the power steering fluid was over serviced and possibly with the wrong type of fluid. I agreed, they had it in a position to where the truck was readily available to them and I wouldn't have to reschedule for another day. While they had it, I also ask for a tire rotation which they assured me there would be no problem getting that taken care of. I usually do this myself but again, the truck was right there, a tech was already servicing the truck, and it'd be once less thing I'd have to do.Around 3:35 p.m. I got a text (the communication between CBA and myself was commendable, text messages kept me inform of all the progress of the work being done, that'll keep you from pacing through the carpet), a text that my vehicle was ready. Again, I summonsed an UBER and Look out, Here I come.Once again, I met with Conner in the service area/customer lounge. He explained all they did, what they found and did NOT find. The other services they performed (all with prior consent from myself before anything other than the initial concern was done). The truck was brought up front to the customer service area and I was good to go.Though winded, this review is to let CBA my appreciation for the professionalism and ease of mind associated with the services preformed. And to anyone that is considering looking for a service business for all your automotive needs, all that are described thoroughly on the CBA website. I wouldn't hesitate a bit in giving CBA a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed and if for some reason you are, they seem to be the ones that will do what is needed to rectify any/all further concerns/complaints one might have.Facility/Customer Lounge - Clean and ProfessionalTechs/Service Writers - Well educated and definitely people persons.Constant Communication between CBA and Customer - Couldn't be any better.Vehicle Condition - was returned as clean as when dropped off. That kind of care is big for me.Will I return if any further services needed, no matter how big or small. - Definitely.Pricing for the work completed - comparable if not better than most other places though it had been sometime since I had anything done in a shop setting to the vehicles I've owned.A big thanks to all I dealt with at CBA. Keep up the good work.A Happy Customer from Lexington.”

“Mark was so kind to us when we were having a very rough time with our van’s transmission. He diagnosed the problem and was honest and up front. He put in the time to figure out how to help us and now our car drives great! We appreciate how honest this business is and it is so great to know there are still good people in this world! Thank you!”

“It took me awhile but I finally found a trustworthy shop down here! I've taken my old Trailblazer to a few shops and the work was always expensive and more stuff was wrong when I got it back. 1 Stop is always candid with me about the vehicle and does quality work for fair pricing. The only downside is that it sometimes takes a bit long to get my vehicle looked at, but the quality is worth the wait and it isn't entirely their fault as it is difficult to find good techs right now. I'd rather the work be done right than done fast!”

“Prompt service, good communication, clean and cozy waiting area, fair pricing as quoted. I had an overheating issue with my 2007 Pacifica that turned out to be a very easy fix. I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple. Sara and Lynette were very professional and I will be returning to Minnie's for any future car issues.”

“Walked in and talked to Al about replacing my daughter’s 2018 Wrangler rear bumper with a new mod metal bumper to match the front. Dropped it off next day at lunch and we went to eat lunch. When we finished 1 hour later I was notified the Jeep was ready. You don’t get that family neighborhood service at chain places. Thank you Al!”

“Have gone here twice. The bill is a good bit less than what you'd expect from the dealership, and they take good care of you. My father always used them for his mercedes as well, and he never had an issue either.”
