I haven't even had the work done yet and I'm leaving this review. From the moment I walked in the door, I was blown away by the young lady at the front desk. I love great customer service and this gal is a gem. Next, they didn't ask me to come back and leave my car for a day, they offered to check it out immediately to make sure it was safe for me to drive. It took them 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. It was definitely not safe to drive. They ordered the part and now they are working on it. Entire time spent there was 30 minutes. They even offered to drive me home!!! I'll have it at 9 a.m. tomorrow morning. Where on earth does this happen except in movies!!!

They might do decent mechanic work, but unfortunately customer service is not their strong suit. A friend recommended this shop, having the same issue we are currently experiencing. The woman at the front desk, who let me know she was the owner, was incredibly rude. This was our first and last experience with Slack Automotive.

The mechanics are super nice and knowledgeable here. Unfortunately the front desk personnel is the complete opposite. Not sure where the old front desk worker went but she should come back and retrain this one.
