“Awesome store in general. Locally owned and has athletic equipment and apparel for whatever where you might be interested in. The staff always greets you and welcomes you in with A genuine sense of Southern hospitality. It's also the coolest place in Columbia to get your tennis racket stringed. Every time I go there I always have a good time because the environment is good so the other customers are always in a good mood and people talk to each other and tell funny stories. There's a parking lot and it's easy to get in and out of. It smells like new shoes on one side and a freshly cracked tube of tennis balls on the other side.”
“Great place for not just clothes but a great place to grab gifts. They are my first stop when shopping for gifts for friends or when I want something new for myself. Everyone is so friendly and the store is always clean. Love coming in!”
“We always shop Journeys visited this store to get my daughter's shoes for back to school. They were out of her size so the sales associate offered to order them and have them shipped to us. “Cardiologist sent compression sock prescription to Foot Savi in Irmo. An appointment was scheduled for a fitting. Personnel there was very accommodating at the fitting. While I was there I also tried on some shoes which Tammy showed me. Tammy fitted the shoes with some inserts I liked after trying several and a heel support, which I was told would eliminate my calf and achilles tendon issue. I was skeptical but after wearing shoes to play pickleball I’m a true believer. Compression socks and shoes have been the best money I’ve spent in a while. My feet and legs have never felt better. Had an issue with compression socks which they replaced - great customer service. Highly recommend using Foot Savi.”

“Went there 30 minutes before close two days before Christmas and the staff was in a good mood and overall seemed unburdening by my questions and happy to help. “My daughter and I had a great experience at this store today. When checking out, Sam explained the process to get enrolled in the FX program and how to accumulate points. She also pointed out the survey at the bottom of the receipt to complete. I had just been to footlocker at the other side of the mall that has the FX program and was not offered to enroll and missed out on a lot of points. She suggested I call the customer service to see if they could assist since I didn’t have the time to go back to return and repurchase the shoes. She was an absolute delight and took her time to explain everything. Thank you Sam for your outstanding service!”
“Welcomed upon entering the store, surprisingly(most places do not do that anymore!). Was trying to find a particular brand of flip-flops, but they did not carry them. This was my first time in this store in a long time, and prices are not like what they used to be. Much higher than before, but still some good sales! All in all, it was a great experience.”
