It does not matter what time of day you call the customer service number, they are “experiencing higher than normal call volumes” and its at least a 20 min wait on hold.

The Branch Manager, Kirsaunda King,is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and helpfully patient. I extended high commendations to her professionalism and character. The entire Branch Staff is so kind and welcomes me by name all the years I have been a member. It is so comforting to do do business there that’s why I travel a distance to transact my business and see the family there!

We opened a bank account here and everything was alright for a while. When we came in to get the account, things went very quickly since they were closing and we got the account no problem. At the time, the person assisting us was not very informative when it came to explaining how the account works for someone who was clearly doing this for the first time. A few months later, we go to make a deposit and over $200 is missing from the account. Turns out that, due to the complete lack of attention and information from the person helping us, we had been hit with a $30 overdraft fee EVERY TIME THE CARD WAS USED. They failed to inform us that this would be the case and that it was not possible to access our savings directly for this card, which is where all the money was deposited both initially and subsequently. At NO POINT was it brought to our attention that these policies were in existence, much less that they would affect us personally. We were rushed through the setup of our account by an employee that just wanted to leave and, as a result, lost a decent amount of money. What's worse? The bank refused to do anything to rectify this or take any responsibility for their extremely poor service both upon opening the account and when being confronted about the charges. We were treated very rudely and, in the end, no resolution could be reached. We will be switching banks as soon as physically possible because the service and policies of this bank are absolutely abhorrent.

Nobody in there knew how to do anything other than basic transfers and withdrawals. My online account screwed up and they had no idea what to do. They had to call someone to help fix it, and it took nearly a week before I was able to view MY OWN MONEY. I'm cool if McDonald's or Bojangles is slow with an order, or even if they screw it up. But when you're dealing with my money? You should know what you're doing. Terrible customer service and vague responses to questions.
