So I have been going to this place for almost a year in half & mind you I only get my feet done by this lovely lady name Kim. Now we have manage to build a relationship & she does a great job on my feet knows exactly what I need & want. However thee owner which his name is Jason he has been very rude these last past few times. So I went in there yesterday Ms. Kim was not in there so I was like fine I just get some one else to do them cause I have a wedding to go to. You know this man ( thee owner Jason) comes up to me in front of the other customers loud & says you gotta come back when Ms. Kim here cause no one else is gonna do your feet. Mind you I remain calm however my feelings was hurt cause this was his second time trying me by being rude & disrespectful. I spend good money & always go above & beyond to tip Ms. Kim & if she didn’t do a great job I would never go back. Be mindful of Jason he picks & chose who he wants to be nice to despite how much money you spend

Love this place. Staff is very nice and does a great job! My only complaint was while I was there another worker was listening to their phone very loudly. It didn’t make for a relaxing experience. I think it’s rude for anyone to listen to their phone loudly in public but an employee should know better. Super annoyed!

I've driven 30 minutes to this salon, faithfully, because I found a nail tech I like. Recently, the male owner has been very picky about who he allows to do my nails. I've sat and watched him pair me with a rookie nail tech and give an experienced professional to a Caucasian lady.
I have nothing against technicians who are still in training, but please don't take it personally if I dislike the service that has been provided to me.
I'm fairly straightforward; all I asked for was a fill-in and a cut down. There's no reason why my fill was $30 a couple weeks ago and is now $45.
The price is never the same but for what I like, I will pay! I am very disappointed.

Made us wait 30 minutes for eyebrows to get done. Took people who walked in after us before us, then when it was time to actually get ours done they were rude. I recommend Alpha Nail Spa over by the mall.

My daughter and I went together and this was her first time getting her nails done. She likes the result but she describes what the lady did as “sawing” the sides of some of her nails so now her skin is raw. Mine experience wasn’t great either. Pedicure was fine. Toes look good. But then I was told 3 different times to pick a different color for my nails. I’m not sure the reason because I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Needless to say, I didn’t get what I want. We won’t be going back.

Jason is the BEST! Not only does he do an amazing job on my nails, their prices are very reasonable. I have very long nails and he does not charge a lot for my length like the other establishments do. Would rate 10 stars if I could have!!!!

Call at five because their hours online say they’re open till seven get here at 5:45 and they tell me they no longer can take me & they’re closed. Very frustrating and unacceptable

I have frequented this salon since 2014 with an exception of this past year. 2022 I only visited the salon once in February. Jason has always been very sweet, gentle and speedy with services which is why I usually highly recommend him. I visited the salon last Thursday 2/9/23 for a pedi and full set. I usually get an acrylic overlay on my big toes for $5 per toe totaling $10. So I asked for this and Jason looked me in the face and told me he didn’t know how to do it and would prefer to put a tip on.. which was odd to me because he has done the overlay for me before on my toes with no tip. I wasn’t even mad about being charged $15 for the tips just don’t lie and say you don’t know how to do it when you’re an experienced nail tech of many years. I am also a cosmetologist and know he has full knowledge on how to build a mail with acrylic. So moving on from that it comes time for me to get my nails done and not only was Jason rude to me (I’m guessing because I challenged him about the acrylic) but he was so rough with me and displayed passive aggression throughout my full nail service. My nails were not shaped how I asked but I felt nervous to say anything else because of his response the first time. I usually do not write bad reviews especially not on THIS salon but I just still am in disbelief that I was treated this way at an establishment I have spent hundreds, I’m willing to even say thousands of dollars at over the years. It is important to keep customer service first in all settings, even private owned businesses. It has declined here. This visit nails and toes 8/10 and service was a solid 3 only because the lady doing my feet tried to be nice.Services: Pedicure

I went to this place on Christmas and I asked them to design my nails, someone recommended me that Jason do a good job I asked for him to do my nails when I asked him to design he said he don’t do that and it was expensive too, my experience was not so good ?Service: Acrylic nails

I’ve been going here for 8 years and I’ve always had a gr at experience. I always love my nails, toes and eyebrows. I recently moves an hour away and I still come back to Jason.
