I took my mom to find a new car and she specifically wanted a Toyota. We drove 45 minutes to Jim Hudson Toyota after visiting the Toyota dealer in Lugoff SC whom had very little selection on the lot. Mom picked out three small SUVs and we narrowed it down to one which took about 30 minutes. In the time we were there, we had zero contact with anyone except one young man who was moving a vehicle nearby. I spoke to him and it appeared he may not have heard me, or pretended not to. We waited another 10-15 minutes and decided to leave. I say this only as a consumer as well as someone who worked in customer service ans sales in the past, you lost a sale. It may not have been a huge sale, but a sale nonetheless.
We went to Steve Padgett's Honda across the interstate where we were immediately greeted, then left alone to look around. As soon as we decided on which one she wanted to test drive, Nicolette and Ronnie were like mind readers and were already on the way to answer questions. Disappointed with Toyota and the group of sales people congregating at the front of the building on Saturday 8/31. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe it was miscommunication, maybe I'm overreacting.

Extremely horrible experience here with the service department. I own a 2022 Toyota Camry XSE and the battery is only two years old. I came out of work and found out that it has a dead cell and would not crank. I called the dealership immediately and spoke to someone named Echo. She insured me that I was covered under a three-year warranty, regardless of miles. well I barely make it there the next day and I get up to the service counter and Ken Barton tells me that Echo was way wrong and that I am not covered because my miles are at 41,000 and he said that because it’s not under 36,000 miles I am not covered. Previously, when I spoke to Echo, she assured me that it was three years unlimited miles, and she even checked with her manager who assured her that I was completely covered and would not have to pay. I drove 45 minutes there just find out I got lied to. This dealership is extremely shady and I would not go here if I were you. Beware!

Went to the dealership to get more details about a vehicle I been eyeing when I ran into my good friend DeYerris York! Not only a great guy , but he also showed immediate interest in wanting to show me more about the vehicle I came to see. Overall , great experience and would 100% recommend!

Purchased a vehicle from there a month ago for 17k and the car is now worth 8k due to all the issues not disclosed. My family has purchased numerous vehicles from this company but never again! They wouldn’t even fix the issues that were wrong with the car. Instead of one accident, the vehicle had been in 3. Don’t walk away from this place, run!

Inquired online for pricing and got a quote that on top of price gouging included charges for running boards that were a standard feature. It is sickening that Toyota lets some dealers do these "market adjustments".

Super slow to just take some test drives. No new vehicles to test drive across a few models . A few used . Left without even getting a proposal from them . Must not need to sell cars . Maybe come end of month?

My Wife sat there for 2.5 hours today waiting on a service that turned out to be a tire rotation and that was it. She had a scheduled appointment. After 2.5 hours, she got aggravated and asked for her vehicle back and left. My reccomendation, stick with scheduled appointments. Will be finding a different service center being this is the second time this happened.

Took my Lexus here for an oil change and the oil pan/plug was damaged and slightly repaired. I was not aware of this until my next oil change at a different shop.
I called the customer service manager (Kaitlyn) and she personally got everything taken care of at no charge to me.
Thank you Kaitlyn for turning this mistake into a positive outcome.
