I'll start by saying the employees on the floor are generally friendly and willing to help. I've been shopping at this goodwill over 3 years and have been disappointed at where the store is going. The prices continue to rise while the inventory in the store continues to dwindle. I go into the store at least three times a week and rarely come out with anything anymore. It's disappointing to see my favorite goodwill become so lacking in inventory and yet so expensive.

Came ten minutes to close to donate and was met with the nicest employee, AJ. He was just kind when I know it was cold and they were about to close. Yet he helped me unload with a smile. It was refreshing.

This location WAS the absolute best in the greater Columbia area. Unfortunately, in the past couple of months, pricing has gotten absolutely outrageous. A vast amount of items can be purchased brand new at the same price or CHEAPER. While this location in the past always seemed clean and organized now it is becoming a nasty mess. It is obviously not being shopped like it once was because the shelves are just packed, which I am sure is due to the crazy pricing. I have always shopped thrift stores to support good causes and the local community, and this is just really disappointing. The items are donated, and while I do understand overhead and operation cost, this place has lost the thrift store mentality and fancies itself a big box store. This morning was my 3rd attempt in 2 weeks to come in and shop, unfortunately left without buying a thing because of pricing.

Overcharged me $9.00. I paid in cash and asked for my cash back. They refused and said they can only do store credit. I said I needed that cash to purchase something else, I can't use the store credit here. Still refused. So they basically overcharged me and stole almost $10 from me.

Went into this location to purchase some gifts cards and the lady at the front desk was very nice. She was clearly new so when I noticed she needed help I was very patient, she asked another lady for help but the lady didn’t seem to want to help her so a guy name Atheo or whatever his name was came up and was very rude, unprofessional and nonchalant with her. I’m not sure if he’s the manager or not but he definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I have family, friends and coworkers who come to this location a lot and I would hate for them to need help and he’s the one to help them.

This particular location is on my way home from work so I stop here a lot. There’s always a well rounded selection of stuff to find but what makes it stand out from most other Goodwill locations I visit is a woman named Laneice. She always has a smile and interacts with the customers well. One day, I forgot my wallet in the car and had a bunch of stuff and she told me I could go out and get it and I expected her just to move my stuff to the side but instead she had it all bagged up and ready for me to check out. Great customer service. I really appreciate it and will keep coming back.

This location has a great selection of items but they are priced extremely high. I think this location is more expensive than the Lexington location.

They were nice but I was disappointed I asked the man up front if they have any jewelry mystery bags he said his manager forgets to make them and they have tons of jewelry not put out!!!!! I went to 4 goodwill and no mystery jewelry bags none!!!!!!
