Their Car washed malfunctioned and a couple cars bumped into one another . No big deal but Manager Nick ignored the situation. Finally told us to pull aside and he’ll take care of it. 25 min wait and Manager Nick was a no show.How he and his staff handled this situation is by far the worst customer service. Just a simple apology would’ve been fine. His exact words “it’s not my fault” “it just a little fender bender” “you need to call your insurance” “get off my property or I’ll call the cops for trespassing” . My fault for getting upset as well. I should’ve just walked away.Our cars were still dirty and full of soap since they had to shut down the machines. Maybe a simple offer of running the cars through again would be fair. We weren’t asking for much.They hired a young inexperienced hot headed kid as their manager . I been going here for over 13 years. I’ll never wash my car here again.

The car wash seems to have done the job of cleaning the dust and dirt from the car, but the vacuum experience was not good. The first vacuum that I used had a broken connector for the driver side. Also there were NO towels to detail your car.

Friendly environment and staff. However, many of the vacuums weren’t working. Additionally, I had to run my vehicle through the wash twice. It still was spotty once I got home. My back windows looked horrible. But I’ll give them another shot.Services: Polishing

The automatic carwash scratched my car and there weren't cleaning supplments available +the vacuums hardly sucked.

When I bought my unlimited wash for my 2 cars, I was told it was good at every TAKE 5 location. It even says that on the web site!!! However, the location at 6203 Lapalco Marrero LA 70072 will not let me use the wash any more because of the tag I was given at 3851 Lapalco Marrero LA 70072 and vice versa if you bought at that location all because the systems don't communicate and use different tags. About half the Take 5s in the area are on one tag and half on another. They need to fix this and put them all on the same tag! They also need to stop telling people they can buy an unlimited package and use at every location and update their website that clearly states, unlimited packages can be used at ALL locations! Bad business practice to turn away customers who paid for a service SMH.

I've been trying for to cancel my account and getting no where. They charged twice since requesting cancelation.Will be canceling my membership. The drive wash doesn't clean the sides of the Expedition. They tool away the pre wash station. The kids who guide you on the track are supposed to get both sides before going into the wash but they don't.

As a monthly member, I’d give it a higher rating if the “members” lane was ever open. Sometimes the wait is 3-4 cars deep to pay. And this week one side of the vacuums were not operational.

This review is for the Lapalco location in Harvey-Car Wash ADDS dirt to your vehicle, Only 5 vacuums are on but work poorly with duct tape on them, trash cans are always full and pouring over to the ground and the staff is lazy. If my membership pertained to use of services at this location only, I would've cancelled- I use all of the locations on the westbank and all are GREAT except this one. This review is not due to one bad experience It's ALWAYS this way at this location. Don't stop and waste your time!!

I just left this car wash place and i've been a long standing member for a couple of years now. this location is by far the worst one yet. i counted 8 vacuum spots with no attachments. The ones that they did have i had to move to 4 different places cause 4 did not have any suction at all. To top it all off i went to get a cloth to wipe the car down and they were completely out as all of them were dirty on the floor. Plus the workers are just sitting in the AC not caring at all about these issues. I will never go back to this location. The entire staff working today need to be fired or suspended as they are doing nothing at all. This is a Saturday at 10am which is the busiest of the week. Just pathetic. The other locations in Metairie are excellent and run like a well tuned machine.

I believe there should be a detail center with bins of soapy water and brushes to get bugs off our vehicles. We live on the bayou with lots of bugs and just running it through the wash does not remove the bugs.Services: Vacuuming

My SUV is cleaner I guess. The wash did not clean my fws very much, or my rear glass at all. I got the 25.00 wash and it was so not worth it. My tires are barely clean. My vehicle wasn't even that dirty. The only upside was that the vacuum was working great. Will not be going back.
