BLUF: no one tried to help me until I already helped myself. They only looked at me and didn’t try to help me until after I was in the store for half an hour sitting on a bench watching videos on how to pick out good running insoles. I came here because my friend recommended it to me saying that their service was friendly and helpful but for me that was not the case. At the end of the day I found what I needed on my own but never got any help or direction when trying to find good running insoles until I was at the counter. The lady at the counter did apologize to me as I checked out and tried to help me before I left but by that time I was already over the experience.

Wow! Where do I start? April, the manager is a shining example of incredible service, knowledge and eagerness to get you in the right shoe. I have very fussy feet and with the help of April and Darcy, I finally have the perfect shoe for my needs. If ever you need a sport shoe,head to the Irmo store or other branches. No pressure, no hassles, just plan on being there a while because with all the staff, they'll fit you until your happy. Great sales on apparel too! Could not be happier.

Toni and her team do a great job. Store is organized and there are plenty of options to choose from. The staff will help you find what shoe is best for you, helping not only runners, but casual shoe wearers as well.

I have been a loyal customer for many years for one reason - excellent customer service. The stores get busy, but the service you receive when it’s your turn is worth the wait. I believe the knowledge of the staff is the reason I have been able to run for so many years injury free. 10/10 recommend supporting this local small business!

Went in for shoes today and there was ONE person working. Several people came from the back, but never offered to help. The guy that helped us was amazing, but the fact that there were other people in the back and 2 other customers in the store waiting and nobody came out to help is terrible customer service. After he started helping us another lady came out to help, but we waited a good 15-20 mins before someone came out from the back and then they weren’t even in a rush to help anyone. Not sure I’ll go back after that experience. Thanks to the gentleman that helped us out and was doing great with the other customer he was helping.

The Staff were the greatest. My husband ordered a pair of HOKA running shoes that were too snug. He purchased them online. The store had us bring them in and they fit him, returned the online pair and he purchased another pair that were not in stock at the store but they ordered them for him. They were delivered exactly in 3 business days. He couldn't be happier with the service and staff at this store.

A real running store. The selection is a bit limited, but you are there for quality and not cliche. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about biomechanics (most of them have degrees in exercise science or the like) and are patient and helpful. I did not get the feeling they were just there to sell; they're there to help and improve you.
