Called to have a quote. Just a basic quote On a starter. Trying to get on the same page with the gentleman on the other side and mid sentence without warning just hung up based on that I wouldn't use this place. I seen all the great reviews and had very high expectations that was crushed in seconds.

Both brothers do excellent work but there customer service is over the top too damn nice. I had to bring my other Porsche to them. They don't overbook either they give you a schedule date to bring your vehicle in an I live in Augusta Georgia 76 miles out my way. Drop out Porsche Cayenne 2009 on 22 July 24 for fixing a right windshield wiper an drain out all openings completed 24 July 24. Second car 1984 Porsche 944 needed a over look to see what needs to be fix 12 Aug 24 returned 14 Aug 24 I will be back since the work is completed in a timely manner. I don't like my car sitting for weeks at a shop

These guys are excellent. Knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonable. Been taking my 911 Turbo up here and everything is always top notch and they communicate very well. Very trustworthy shop!

Best in town for servicing Mercs. Fully trust Chris and Robert. Always upfront. Been going here over a decade. That's a long positive track record for mechanics imo. Think it is because they have high character and it is the actual owners wrenching on your vehicle, which avoids the dynamic of having staff being trained on your vehicle like I have experienced elsewhere. So grateful to know them. This may lend to a longer appointment time but I love the fact that I know it's being handled as if it were the owners own vehicle, at least that has always been the treatment I have received. Highly recommend

I will recommend this place 100%, not only they are proffesionals but also knowledgeable. I was spoken with courtesy and detail of the repairs my GL450 needed, car was ready and fixed earkier than the appointed time

o had a good impression with their professional manner at first but this shop provided extremely poor service for my 1997 Mercedes S500. Following a repair on the stop light, as I attempted to leave the property, the issue resurfaced. When I returned to address the problem (while i was still on his property getting ready to leave) the owner or his partner interrogated me aggressively, insinuating that I had tampered with the vehicle. This accusatory behavior and attempt to avoid responsibility by dismissing me left a lasting negative impression. I will certainly not be returning to this establishment based on this unacceptable encounter.

The person who answered the phone seemed a little impatient but cordial. I gave the information for an estimate on my maintenance a week ago and I still haven't heard back. I guess I'll go back to the dealership.

Quality work and they won't try to get you to let them do work you don't really need. Super knowledgeable, great guys. The only place we take our Mercedes for service.

These guys are awesome.. Having experience with other auto shops in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. It's more a repair shop & I don't have a German sports car yet. I am looking and they often have some beautiful cars out there! I have never heard anything but good stuff about their service and when I find her, they will be my go to. So I am giving them 5 stars. They are working so don't expect them to chit chat?

Eurowerkz was such a find! Living in the Columbia area there really are not too many shops that would have worked on my Mercedes Benz C63, and frankly I don’t trust any of them. Eurowerkz was just what I needed!! I found Eurowerkz through a close friend of mine and was blown away by their professionalism and their work! They fit me in with their schedule very quickly and we’re able to complete my 50k mile service same day! Not only do they really care about their customers, but they do amazing work and only use the best parts. I will 100000% be coming back to Eurowerkz in Irmo and I highly suggest anyone who is in need of service on these European cars to go to them. Nothing against them personally but they are always two to three weeks before they can get to your car to fix it it's a shame to have to drive to the other part of town and take it to a dealer to get some simple fixes or service done it's a great problem to have if you own the business but not very good if your consumer trying to get service done
