Got me in quick, fixed problems caused by other marine repair and sales shops in the area at a good price and the turn around time was excellent. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

We live in the Upstate of SC. We have bought boats here in the past from a large dealer in the area. The last time we bought a boat there, it was not a great experience. This year, we decided to purchase a new Key West center console and went there again. To be brief, they were pretty rude and we left. I looked around online and found CIC Marine. Hal was very responsive with my online request almost immediately. Since I am over an hour away, there was a lot of back and forth on the phone and by email. He never let me down. They even installed items on the boat that they did not sell and I purchased separately. When we went to pick up the boat, the level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. It was well worth our time to shop around and find them.

This dealership has done a great job on our installs and repairs. They are fantastic at scheduling, so that you only drop off your boat for a few days and pick it up rather than letting it sit with them for an indeterminant amount of time (like at other dealerships). Their rates are reasonable, and staff are courteous and attentive. They maintain good communication throughout the process of having your boat serviced. Installs are neat and professional (e.g., tackle centers, glove boxes, chargers).

3rd boat I’ve purchased and I have never had a better experience than this. I reached out for a quote online and immediately received information. I purchased this boat less than 24 hours of the first contact. Other SC dealers wanted two weeks to take delivery. David and his team are the best.

This place is incredible. I called to schedule a service appointment for my Axis A20 due to a leak in the cooling system that myself, the internet and neighbors have been unable to locate. Within minutes of talking him through the issue Dave diagnosed where the leak was and provided me with a simple solution that I could complete myself.Boat is fixed and will be back in the water tonight.Carolina Inboard is my place of choice for all future boating needs.

We made an appointment to bring our boat in after having a cold start issue. They were able to get us in within a few days and completely fixed the issue in a week. Considering it's the middle of the summer (late June/early July), we were really impressed with this time frame.

These guys had the boat I wanted when none could be found down here in Florida. I drove the 500 miles after working with Hal. Hal and Sean took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure the boat was ready. Even the owner(didnt get his name) jumped in and helped make sure the trailer tires had the right air pressure. I was very impressed at how they took care of their customers. I wish they were here in Florida, but the drive would be worth it to get a boat from these guys.

Carolina Inboard is a great find here in Irmo, SC. Their service is exemplary, and their pricing is very reasonable. Sean is professional and very responsive to phone calls and questions. The service team does a thorough job addressing boat and motor repairs, installations, and upgrades. We are so happy to find honest, affordable care for our boat.

The afternoon we pulled into Carolina Inboard for the first time, we were just beginning to entertain the idea of purchasing a boat for our family. The dealership was empty and as we were turning to leave, the service technician, Kyle jogged out of the garage and asked if we needed a hand. Even though he wasn't the boat salesperson, he stopped what he was doing to take the time to speak with us. He answered all of our questions, explained the differences in boats and motors and how and why one would perform differently from another. He didn't hesitate to show us another boat that wasn't on the lot even though it was obvious we were nowhere near the point of purchase yet and over the course of the afternoon enlightened us with what was clearly a pluthera of knowledge of and a passion for boating. Although when we pulled into Carolina Inboard to start that afternoon, we were just beginning to entertain the idea of a family boat, by the end of the afternoon, though zero pressue was put upon us, we were certain that we were going to purchase one before the season ended. Kyle took the time to share without trying to sell and because of his authenticity, honesty and knowledge we returned a week later and happily, now own one of the boats we initially looked at together. There's no doubt in our mind that had Kyle not been the one to walk out of that garage the first afternoon we pulled into Carolina Inboard, we would still be "entertaining the idea" of purchasing a boat for our family.Thanks to Carolina Inboard and to Kyle for an exceptional experience~

I want to brag on Carolina inboards!!! I had ANOTHER shop in Augusta Ga put in some wet sound speakers they wired them wrong and messed my boat up. So I drove to Irmo and I met with Sean and went over what was going on. He was straight up with me and listen to my wants and needs. I ended up adding under water lights, a wash down system and another amp to fix the stereo issues. They re-wired my boat speakers and did a full service. Everyone there was knowledgeable, professional and did exactly what they said, when they said they would do it. I couldn’t be happier and they have my business from now on. Thank you for being honest, fair and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this company!!!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Carolina Inboard. We worked with Hal to purchase a preowned boat. As first time boat owners we had concerns and he, along with David, was wonderful to work with. I have never left a review before but I must say my experience with Carolina Inboard and Hal Wray has been amazing. They have been so wonderful to deal with and the communication has been excellent to the point I bypassed multiple dealers in my home state to purchase the boat from them. On top of that, any hiccup or issue along the way Hal has been prompt to respond and he and his colleagues have been working with me and Key West to get everything fixed and dealt with it. A++++++, Highly recommend regardless where you are located
