Walked in and Malcom at the desk helped me find the right windshield wipers immediately for my car and installed them. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Best experience and Malcom provided 10/10 customer service!

The gentlemen working at this location were polite, professional, and very helpful. There was a misunderstanding (on my part, nothing to do with the store) with the items I needed, and they helped me out immediately. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I received.

Jerry and Mike helped me with my battery today.

With by to check tail light. Left rear was out. Use a wrench from them. I already had a bulb. All is good.

I had an awesome experience here! I purchased my car battery from AutoZone on Bush River Road. I called the Bush River Road AutoZone about my car battery. The gentleman I spoke to named Mike stated the specific battery for my car was not in stock at their store, he also stated he checked and no other AutoZone in Columbia had the battery in stock. Me being me, I called this AutoZone to check for myself. Mr. Mike and Ms. Theresa Robinson helped me over the phone. She informed me that they DID in fact have my battery in stock. Ms. Theresa also informed me the other store put the wrong battery in my car. I am ecstatic about the customer service I received from Ms. Theresa and Mr. Mike at the Broad River Road AutoZone!! Best customer service I have received in a long time!! Thanks again!!

I had an amazing experience at AutoZone on broad river. I went in to get my battery tested & Kylan provided excellent customer service. He promptly helped me get it tested & setup for it to be recharged. When I returned to pick up my battery I was instantly greeted by Malcom who took my information, grabbed the battery from the back, informed me he tested it while in the back, and that it was at 100%! Great service & I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance with car issues. Very professional & friendly crew!
