Athlete's Arena is a locally owned gym in Irmo that provides exceptional personal training, sports performance training, and group fitness classes to clients of all ages and fitness levels in the Irmo / Chapin / Ballentine area. We train every level athlete; from elementary to High School athletes who want speed, agility and strength training, to their parents who prefer workouts with a personal trainer, to professional athlete training during the off-season. We also work with athletes and non-athletes after completing physical therapy to return to play, and regain strength and mobility. Our experienced coaches have multiple fitness and nutrition certifications and can help you achieve your fitness goals.
