Visiting from out of state. Husband forgot headgear for CPAP mask. I googled DME. Achieve had 4.8 rating so I called. Yes they had the headgear. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very helpful! Definitely recommend for top notch customer service!!

My uncle was approved for a scooter. Called a few times either the one I needed to speak with wasn't there or the delay was due to supply chain issues. We've been waiting for a year and 8 months still no scooter or call.Update . My 1 star review got immediate response. They got the paperwork straightened out again. Picked up scooter today. After third call I finally was able to speak with the one who I was told to speak with. I was told "they called in Feb last year not this year " 2022 . I told him I called in June 2022. Then he said that they called in August 2022. Today he said they called in January 2023. . Still blowing smokeHope my case is the exception, not the rule.
