My experience with this company was phenomenal. I am from out of state. Had to have some electrical work done on my truck. Staff here was completely friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure they did everything they can to make sure that the problem that I was having was resolved correctly and I would Not run into the same problem again I would be more than happy to be a returning client for them. I would highly recommend them.

This shop is where you want to go for your electrical service needs! I dealt mostly with Crystal (owner) and she was fantastic. She is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond! While needing service is never a pleasurable thing, Upstate Auto Electric makes it as painless as possible. I highly recommend teir services.

It's not often you find a woman with more knowledge and confidence than a man in an automotive shop. Fast service friendly owner. Just don't talk to the technicians in the shop they lack the necessary customer service skills which is why there in the shop and not in the office.

Had an electric issue with my 2004 F-150 and it wouldn't start. Had a couple of people look at it and couldn't figure it out. They hit it right on the head in a timely and cost efficient manner! Straightforward, honest, and reliable shop to get electrical work done.Brake lights and turn signals went out twice due to a bad TIPM (very expensive part for an old truck) and they were able to bypass it for me.
