Service was ok. Was told repair was completed and after speaking to the tech found out it actually wasn’t. Took another couple days for repair to actually be completed. Only real complaint is that they do not call and keep you updated on what’s happening. Every time we called they had info/quotes that needed to be addressed. Nice clean facility and very nice people we dealt with.

We had an unexpected hot water line break. Optimum RV Service was outstanding: immediately responsive, technically knowledgeable, excellent communicators, and fair prices were offered and appreciated. They also did a multi-point check for free! Would recommend this facility and their staff who went above and beyond in a heartbeat.

Bought the camper 1 year ago and never received the title. Tried calling 4 to 5 months ago and was hung up on 5 times, then drove down and told them the whole situation more than a month ago and still no title. Called the corporate title clerk yesterday and she said the woman sent it to the wrong place. Went up there today demanding my money back and the man said no.
DO NOT !! buy nothing from Optimum RV

We needed a quick assessment of why the AC unit was not working on our RV. We were able to bring it in for an assessment on the same day we called, which was a pleasant surprise. Tiffany was our contact person at Optimum RV in Spartanburg, and she could not have been nicer or more charming.

Don’t go to. Showed up. Said I saw a camper online I wanted to look at. Literally told me I could not look at the camper without feeling out their paper work first. Drive a mile to camping world. I will never purchase an RV here. I’d pay more money first to a dealership that cares about their customers.
Update, I went to Palmetto State RV a few miles away in upstate SC and bought a camper. Had the best experience. Great people. Use companies that value their customers, not act like sleazy sales people.
