Went in there bought 4 tires from mark very nice man. I felt very comfortable. I know he treated me right and I will be back to give him my business again and again, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Real nice people. Family Business you want, Tires He's got all kinds of prices.
And they know what they're doing.

Last time I was there, I had to get my tires alined. They didn’t fix it. I was Sitting in there for a good hour. I don’t know what they done, thought my car was fixed. Next day I noticed my tires were still not Alined, and they messed my up car door, it now has a dent and pops when opens. Dude seriously!!! Never going there again!! charging me $80 for alined tires that weren’t even fixed! And messed up my car! Will not be coming back!

Would have given a zero if I could. It was my first and last time going to this place things changed I guess since the older man retired because my father had worked done and his experience was an pleasant one when the older man was there. The lady this morning was rude when she came in this morning and rude when I asked for my keys and I was going somewhere else. Why give appointments and then tell you that it's first come first serve?

Needed tires quick. Other car needed some body work. They were able to get a new set of tires the same day for a reasonable price. They were also a set of tires that were high quality. Will be back. Thanks!

Conveniently located, super nice people, affordable and proficient. I called around everywhere, Walmart, discount tire, and a couple of other places, but no one had the tire I needed. Though several of these places had some other tires , that they would have been glad to put on my car, if Alan Green'span would have cosigned for me. But when I called Nix, not only did they have my tire , but gave me a quote over the phone, for the tires, mounted and balanced. This was after 1:00 yet still, they told me to come in. So I did and arrived after 3:00, had people ahead of me, but by 5pm, I was on the road. So I gave these people five stars , because that's all they allow

Spoke with a woman that works there she said that I was on the schedule to come in the morning.I took three of my children with me when I got there they said it would be couple hours, that wasn’t stated to me on the phone. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked how long it would be I got a really rude answer this is a shop as we said it will be a couple hours and the gentleman working there told the lady “that’s all that needs to be said “ I immediately left, the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a really long time and the woman was so rude she kept rolling her eyes at me they lost a customer they will never see me again there. Rude!!!

Mark and Tammy did all they could to address my needs and did it very quickly. I appreciate their fast and friendly service and the extra steps they took to get the job done. I recommend everyone to utilize Nix Tire for their brake and or suspension needs.

My tire pressure light came in. I stopped in here. They checked it out, put air in all tires & would not take money. Lifesavers. I drive I-85 every day.
