“It's open! The sign is above an undeveloped part of the building. Harbor Freight is to the left of the sign. I have often wondered why it never opened or if it did it's now closed.The inside was clean and well organized. The employees were helpful. The only reason I am giving this location a 4 is because it looks closed from the road.”

I always have a great experience in this store but today was above and beyond. Chris was there today and I had a major problem with a job I was working on a very expensive project that was due today. “What a fantastic place, I moved down here from up north about a year ago, I decided in my retirement years I would love to have horses which I’ve always had as a kid and growing up. I found the hay hut has absolutely everything I need and what a friendliest crew, courtesy, when they deliver, they’re always willing to help unload, it doesn’t get better than this, the staff seems to always be friendly and willing to help in. “I been in this store previously. It has a new owner and a new name. Basically, this is a home improvement store with pricing from inexpensive to expensive! I saw specials on many floor coverings! Admittedly, I'm a s***** for a good deal! Most impressive to me was the big selection of assembled cabinetry! Many styles and prices! It's ready to install into a kitchen or bathroom. The sales people here are helpful and not pushy! Well Trained! I like this store!”

“Christy the ASM did for me what no other Lowe’s personnel would do. Tried 2x over 2 weeks to purchase a 6k zero turn and both times, on the day of delivery, received an email saying my order could not be delivered. Right when I was about to cancel my order again I was fortunate enough to get through to Christy the ASM who took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I got my mower that day. It’s rare to find such great people, particularly in retail these days. After this whole experience, I made it a point to drive an hour away to the store to meet Christy in person and share my experience with her manager, Howard, who hopefully makes it a point to acknowledge Christy and make sure she knows how valuable as she is.
