Called twice in 2-3 weeks to tow my son’s truck. They were Johnny on the spot. 30-45 mins to get picked up and the prices were competitive. The driver was friendly as well.

Worst body shop to ever use went in with more damage then it went in with. Glued sensors in instead of buying the correct brackets. RUN!!

Body work that was done was good. However, in the process of fixing the body damage, they somehow broke my windshield and tried at first to play it off like it may have been done prior to me bringing it. After that they decided to try and get the insurance company of the people who hit me to pay for the windshield THEY broke. So another 2 weeks go by and I came to get my windshield replaced and they told the man who replaces the glass to put a cheap aftermarket glass on it and STILL take all of the money. They also told me that the glass install has nothing to do with them it was with the insurance company(Which was a huge lie). The glass didn't sit right and made a lot of noise on the road. After the glass getting worse I had the car towed because I didn't wanna risk anymore damage. After a huge runaround I finally called the guy who replaced the windshield to see what options I had to get original Mopar glass. After asking him about the insurance company, he tells me that he's been installing glass for Brant's for EIGHT years and was very upset that his client would say he didn't even know him. This man, on his day off mind you, came to my house on a Saturday to look at the glass, got it ordered, and had my car ready to me Monday. All in all if you don't want to take the risk of being screwed, I wouldn't recommend coming here.Service: Body & Trim
