“These people are awesome. Constant updates and good customer service. This is the first time I've needed to use my insurance and they were transparent and helped me through the process. I only have good words for them from my experience.
For context, I hit a deer at 45 mph. Attached is a before and after of their professional work. Everyone told me it was going to be a nightmare but Spartanburg Collision proved them wrong. If it happens again I know where I'm going. Big shout-out to Ashley for amazing and thoughtful customer service.”
“I take back everything o said nice about them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. My truck was in a wreck on 5/12 and here it is 8/21 and I’m still having issues. They sent the truck home with me the first time and the ball joint popped out while I was backing out my driveway. I may be a female but I’m not stupid that is not supposed to happen. Got it back again and had a mechanic go to change my head light because I was told it burnt out to find out they put a after market headlight housing in it instead of stock like is on the driver side. When I contacted them to find out why it wasn’t fixed I was told “ I know the headlight is aftermarket so it will be a little different but everything still operates the same. Please have him bring it by because I would like to see what is going on.” Why did yall feel it was okay to send me home with no light bulb at all in my truck and to not match the housing with what was already in my truck. They try to take the cheap way out but not with me. I trusted them to fix my truck instead they have not and this is there last change next thing I find wrong that they said they fixed will be handled by a lawyer.
I love how they kept in touch with me every step of the way and when they found other things wrong with my truck they called me to come in and look at it. Will not be taking my trucks anywhere else.”

“This was my first time dealing with Link’s body shop. I was referred by a friend and boy he wasn’t wrong. They did a great job on the body of my car. I had a dent and a few scratches and had to get my mirror replaced. When I got my car back I was shocked because it looked brand new! I didn’t have to wait but two weeks and my car was back in my possession. I thought it would be about a month. I want to thank the hands of Link’s employees that fix my car in a timely manner. Oh yeah they even washed and cleaned it up as well and I didn’t ask them too! If you want your car fixed right after a collision or just need fixed give link’s body shop a try and you won’t be dissatisfied!”

“Carolina PDR is an awesome company. They took the time to explain to me the process of how they removed the dents, And also showed me how they look to find it. In the end my insurance said there was only a little over $1,000 in damage. Carolina PDR took the time. Found all the dents and it wound up being close to $5000. Carolina PDR fixed the dents and return the car to me and it looked like it was new again. Definitely recommend this shop and we'll use them again in the future if we ever need to.”

“It's unfortunate that someone broke into my Hyundai sonata. Broke the handle and the ignition trying to steal it. Insurance gave me money to fix it but not enough. I called westside collision because I dealt with them when I had car problems before. All it took was one phone call and dropping my car off. They were even done before the day they told me it would be done. I didn't have much money to pay the deductible but Andy made it work for me. Any car problems they I have, I am going here! And I would recommend this place to anyone that has a car problem. People are scared to go big mechanic shops because they think it's gonna be expensive. They price everything fair. And they worked with me they last 2x I had problem. The staff is great too. They even washed the car for me before I arrive. It's better to deal with people that you trust. It might sound like a commercial, but it's not . I'ma real person just given my real feedback about a really great company. Thanks again Westside Collision.”

“These guys are truly the best in town! I brought them a 1977 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow, that was originally purchased by Ronald Reagan’s first wife, Jane Wyman, and they blew my expectations out of the water. The car looks stunning. I know from experience that these are very difficult cars to paint, because the original paint was very thick, and hard to sand down. Every other shop in town was scared to touch this car, but these guys took it on without even batting an eye. They even removed two dents. Also, they did an excellent job at taping off the trim, and preventing overspray, phenomenal attention to detail. Mike and Jim are both very professional, knowledgeable, and kind to deal with. They both have a lot of experience with exotic cars, and really both deserve a raise or promotion. I couldn’t be happier with the result and customer service. Strongly recommend this location to anyone in town!”
