My son is moderately Autistic and had a meltdown in the Walmart. The staff and managers responded promptly and were so helpful and kind. They let us go in the nursing room until my son calmed down. The amount of understanding and kindness that they showed my family is something I will never forget.

None of these PRESS FOR ASSOCIATE buttons works, and they keep everything locked up now! And no one ever works in this department!
I just walked out of this Walmart for their "Black Friday 2021" sales and it was a complete JOKE!!! They only had a few items in the store that were on sale. A manager told me that most of the items were only on their website and they only got a few products of each item for in the store. What a waste of time coming to the store!
Normally I will rush to give a negative review but this time I’m giving a positive review based on my visit on the night of the 13th of November 2019. I rushed to the bakery section of my local Walmart and the only person there was on her way out saying she was already 45 minutes past her off time. She didn’t even hesitate to take coat off and took my order for a next day pickup! I wish that I had remembered her name but I will make sure that the next time I am in that store I’m going to slip her a $$$ tip! She is my hero for the month of November!!!

The Indian Land Walmart is very good after it update. But, please, where is the bags in the vegetable and fruits dept.

The remodel has excluded much of the stock they use to have. It also smelled like urine on the container isle for a while. Just not the best experience anymore. They still have a pretty solid selection but I'm disappointed the remodel meant downgrade. I'm specifically talking about with the clothing.

I’ve been using the curbside pickup for over a year now and for so long it was great! Every Monday morning I’d see the same employee and he was so quick. I used to wait 5 maybe 10 at the absolute max. I wish I knew his name to give him credit for being great! The last few weeks he’s been gone and I’ve had to wait a minimum of 15-20 mins even when I’m the only car there!! I say I’m on my way before I even leave the house so they have plenty of time to prepare yet I’m still waiting 15+ every time. Very disappointing

harassed for my receipt after the card reader wouldn’t read my brand new card, that’s after being told I can’t buy headphones at 10:05 because nobody can get the key. Horrible customer service every time I come to this store, the lead cashier at night with the dollar sign on her name tag is the only person that has ever returned a hello, or asked how I was doing. It’s the small things, I’m sorry I couldn’t remember your name.

I have very bad experience at this location because this lady she give me very bad experience in my wife birthday I was there at 10:30 pm I know they are going to be closing soon so I try to be very hurry and I was need to pay flowers ,card and teddy bear, so I got my stuff very quick and I go to self check and I was going to scan the teddy bear, I didn’t find way to scan so I ask for help from this employee and she turn the moment I need help to turn Omar my day and my good night to fire hell ,
Hey mama can you help me to scan this ?
She : came whit very bad energy check the I team and tell me with very bad attitude I didn’t find anything to scan it go get another one ,
I said this is the last one on the shelf .
She : look at me I don’t think sooooooo.
Me : can you call your supervisor or someone else to help me
She : left me going to took somebody not in uniform than she come to me told me this item not for Walmart is for another company so is not on system , she toke with very bad attitude
Me : mama I get this from the shelf the price $7
So what you toke about please I need your name and someone else to help me because I need to be on my way please call your supervisor.
She : screaming to me ;I am not going to talking to you and she hide her badge name and walk away from me . So I get my phone was going to turn my video on she said why you take photo for me and she left me stuck on the machine and going to talk to her colleagues and the all came say we are going to call police on you and the was mean and they hurt my feelings so very bad because I was need the help now I I’m stuck for police coming to me like I’m thief, or I am bad person or I did something wrong to someone one and they say to me is not legal to take a video .
Me : I’m going to-pay my receipt and leave and I left the most item I was need teddy bear for my wife birthday and I was going to celebrate that tonight after I buy those stuff but now I’m in very bad mood and she destroy my night and if I was have time I was going to wait until police to come to make it big because they was have no right to treat me like that.
Note:
I love to shopping at Walmart very much because have best prices and items, and I see very bad employees but I want mention about another employee she was at beauty supply, she is very professional and very very helpful I wasn’t know where the section for gift card and I ask her where it is and she walk all the way with me to show me and help me to know where it is so please hire some people like her,
not like this one at the self check register.
I hope from management to take action to stop this bad experience to happen to more people.
Than you will loss your customer one by one.
