The people that work there are super nice from the entrance to the end, not like here in Florida that 95% of the time employees are rude. No waiting in line to pay and found everything we needed and more.

This particular store has minimum staff on hand. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Went to checkout and it was a nightmare. There were no cashiers to be found. Only self-checkout. There were at least 40 people in line at both ends of the store for self-checkout. The wait time was up to 45 minutes. Put my items back on the shelf and left the store. Went to Target and was in and out of the store within 10 minutes.

Electronics department is run by uneducated children. Haven't got a clue what the heck they are doing or selling. Some of them look like they have been smoking weed all day.

This evening I visited Super Walmart for bottled water. The brand that I wanted was not on the shelf. A young lady was putting items on the shelf from the pallets that were nearby. I saw the brand that I wanted, which was underneath another heavy item. The Walmart employee named Shannon, moved the top case and proceeded to put 3 very heavy cases (boxes) in my cart. Each case held 6 one gallon bottles of water and she picked up each box by herself. The boxes that she was picking up were coming apart even before she started moving them. In totaled it was 18 one gallon bottles. She smiled and was very nice. I commend her in doing a great job. She is definitely an asset to Walmart. Thanks again Shannon.

Went to this Walmart location today. All the holiday discounted items were not ringing up ( clearly stated on sign adjusted at register) and the cashier would not change them. Then using their app to check prices on a toy it rang up $10 more. She would not honor that price either. Walmart has lost my business. This is why Amazon is going to take the big box stores down. It's sad!

This is store has always had hit and miss service. My experience today showed that the Walmart Culture as a whole is becoming from bad to worst. I purchased an outdoor swing for $99 which is $150 cheaper than store price. I purchased one and the order was cancelled because item is not available at my store. I went on and purchased another one from another store and guess what? Same thing happened again. Order got cancelled because store does not have any. I stopped at the store to check if this is true. To my surprise, the Indian land location had at least 8 that I was able to see. Walmart will not price match Walmart.com This whole experience is BS but what is new with Walmart. Despite the fact that the savings are incredible, I will not be making a purchase of that swing at Walmart and will spend the extra money that another place that will have a better service

I returned item and the " customer service " lady did not acknowledge my existence and eventually after 3 friendly comments I tried to make ....she simply said - -reason? That was all. Then snail-like she oozed /slid to the back from whence she came from. Wow Oh and 1 cashier open with the rest as self- checkout of which 3/4 "guns" had bags over them like a dead gas station handle during a full petro shortage

Horrible attitude witnessed among the Front-End managers/team leads. You guys should treat your employees and customers better. The cashiers were so kind, I feel bad for them.

Cleanliness. The store inside is nominal but outside is horrible. They let their trash blow into the woods aligning the property choking out the plants and natural growth . This is an environmental nightmare. For walmart to allow our natural woods to suffer from lack of caring for our land is criminal .

I asked an employee 1 aisle over if they could help me find creative. She said if it's not over there, we don't have it. I said it says in stock online and all she said was, "I told you, if it ain't over there, we don't got it." I was disappointed with the customer service and her overall attitude.

Went to store in Indian land. Only 1 register open. Went to self checkout only 2 open. Proceeded there and noticed prices were ringing up higher than listed. Asked associate to clear the items and got an eye role and a laugh because it was a minimal amount. Guess she isn't on social security like some of us shoppers. Called the store to voice my concerns. They offered a promo code. When I placed my order it said promo code could be applied. Contacted headquarters and heard nothing. Very frustrated with the store and their workers

I went inside with my two emotional support dogs and was told to take them back to the car and leave them in the car. Knowing I have someone who works in Walmart (just not this one) that they can not make us leave because we have dogs. I wasn't even asked if they were emotional support dogs. What also does not make sense is that I went inside before with one of my dogs before hand plenty of times.

I love the curbside service! Very rarely is there a mistake & if they're out of something they give you double of the other option. A lot of times they give me nice little bags full of different samples and sometimes little treats.

This is the place where they routinely close their customer service counter. Overall, the customer service of the staff is poor. Music blaring in the parking lot, no one picks up trash. No one cares. Sell your stock. It has seen better days. It's a leadership issue as always.

Miss Brenda is the bomb she was nice polite and helpful it seems like everyone at this store loves her
