Never again for me. My past 3 experiences have not gone well at all. This last time I went just to ask for the best option to go because my phone was cracked. Ended up spending 3 hours only to leave with no solution and a messed up account. Luckily I was able to call customer service and they were able to do what the store couldn't in less than an hour, and was able to get a new phone the very next day.
Everytime I go in there I'm given wrong information and my bill being higher than when I went in with nothing to show

First of all I had a horrible experience today 05/14/24 2:30pm with my first attempt to figured a charge in my account after 3 weeks that I upgraded my phone and they give me a watch for “free”, Dale was very sarcastic and ironic with me and made me very uncomfortable, I was very angry with my situation and he look my account and didn’t attempt to help me at all, just said was set deal ( even when was not even 30 days that I made some changes and I actually could return it in, that case a Apple Watch) and he said stuff like” but is only $7.50”( I was complaining that I had to pay the line on the watch that when I got it I told that I didn’t want nothing that I have to pay and didn’t want any change in my plan and they said would not be any was free) like I was complaining for little money , and other times during our conversation he even said “what you thought we were giving the watch for you for free”( it was actually free when I got it because they said I didn’t need to pay), I had to remind him that I was the costumer and I was very angry paying something that I wasn’t aware that I had too, and he just keep throwing stuff in my face saying “nobody force you to sign, nobody forced you to put the watch in your wrist “.Hear those things in my position I actually had to leave the store before I lose my mind, and he even said “God bless you” very ironically like he was make fun of me. Unbelievable how unprofessional Dale fins was, I will never have nothing done with this guy again. One hour later after call Verizon they advised me to talk with the manager Kyle that wasn’t there so I went to the another store looking for him and I couldn’t find him, so went back to the store and Jill Belk very professionally very patient and friendly fix my problem got everything straight up, explained for me why I was having those changes, I was able to return the watch and my situation got resolved thanks to her. In my opinion Jill Belk should be the manager of that store because she do all the stuff, knows everything and is not the first time she fix our problems with Verizon thanks Jill for all you did you’re amazing.

Patrick was amazing. So professional and calm. We upgraded 3 phones. It took more time than usual because of Verizon delays, but he continued until it was complete. I would highly recommend this location. Patrick has great customer service and is very knowledgeable. Thanks again Patrick!
