Let's say it was challenging to say the least. I moved over from a different provider and upgraded my phone. But the new phone was causing issues with my account. Darrell & Finn stayed almost 3 hours after the store closed to get things working. After a very long time with various tiers of Verizon support we got things working. Thanks for the extra effort... especially when it was beyond your control.

Came in and requested a new case and screen protection for my new iPhone 13.Before I was told any prices, a female associate was already smearing a 'ceramic' coating on the screen with her fingers and provided a flimsy clear case for my phone.As the coating had already been applied, I felt like I was stuck with it, and the case has already gone in the trash as the sides around the buttons and speakers have turned into a flimsy clear jelly.I was charged over $100 for these two items. I felt taken and scammed. The employees were kind and chatty - but in the same way a car salesman distracts you while he adds a '0' to the price of the options...I won't be back for accessories again - ceramic screen coatings are widely proven as being ineffective (my screen has a scratch on it, which the coating vendor says should not happen) and the case was about 10x what it should have cost.

Stay away from this location unless you want to be lied to and overcharged, I went in an upgraded 3 lines - associate said she was going to change my plan so I can save money. Low and behold I am now paying more per line for 3 of the 5 lines. Then I was told with my upgrades I would get an Apple Watch for free (I know I need to pay the cell fee) and that was a lie. I am paying monthly for the actual watch when I was told it was free.I have tried talking to the associate - nothing done, the store manager nothing done and I have emailed the district manger and surprise surprise zero response. This is going on 6 month and still not fixed.So only go to this location if you want to be lied to and told things are free when you end up paying for them and to cancel the service and return the watch having to pay restocking on top of lie. Then they lie and say you will be paying less and actually paying more.I would stay away from this location and all Verizon Vectra locations. I am now trying to deal with Verizon company stores since the Verizon Vectra locations and managers did nothing and LIED!

Let's just say this store is a nightmare. Only ever have 1-2 people working in here- not sufficient for such a busy area. So many people just stand around and wait. Victra is just not something you want to fool around with. Take yourself to a regular Verizon store and you wont have as many issues. General Manager's breath smells like diarrhea as well. They dont pay you for your trade in, then you get the whole run around. Dont come here, PLEASE! Also just go with Spectrum Service. SO much better for fraction of cost. We spent two full days here upgrading our 3 lines (2 adults, 1 child). Shouldnt be this complicated.
