I went to store 6092 located at 6277 Carolina Commons Dr. ste. 600 on 2/14/24 to pick up a package.The package had a pickup code but the employee said they needed a tracking code. I shown the employee three emails with the ups info and pick up code and he told me in a rude manner that he was not going to give me the package unless I had a tracking number. I told him there is a pickup code. I gave him my driver license to identiy me and he said no. For a half hour I have been trying to get my package and this employee is being rude and humilating me like I am trying to steal a package. Customers started speaking against me like I was trying to pick up someone's else's package. I am humilated and embrassed and feeling discriminated against now with all of these people ganging up on me. I asked for the manager he was not in. I asked the employee to call him this is not right you have my name address pickup code and it matches what is on the front of the package. He said no then called the manager and made it sound like I was trying to steal a package. I said let me speak to the manager. I read the email to the manager and told him my information matches exactly what is on the package. The manager said we will give you the package this time. When the employee brought me the package he threw it on the counter and walked away. On the front of the package in bold letters was my name the pick up code from my email and my address. The employee did not apologize or acknowledge that he was wrong.I felt terrible and was very stressed out after this ordeal of being humiliated. The lack of customer was service obnoxious.

They would not accept any payment without a physical card, so I couldn’t pay with my work credit card. I’ve never had this issue before

There is a guy with long hair that works at this location that every time I go the he goes above and beyond to help me. Is because of him that I always go back to this location. Even when I’m waiting to be help he is always helping the customers.

Had a prepaid package of high value to ship. Unfortunately, this local store refused to sign the official UPS high value ( $1750) forms. I had to arrange pick up for the next day at an additional cost of $14. If you are going to be a UPS representative, then act like UPS would.

This store is very welcoming and fast pace always in and out, however i recommend to go in during the afternoon as the two young men are a pleasure, they work perfectly together and don’t mope around, they have smiles and seem to enjoy themselves and customers. They don’t seemed annoyed or mad about customers walking in like some of the other workers there

Dropped of a package this morning, manager was incredibly rude and said that she didnt want to accept a shoebox package because they get caught on conveyor belts. This is the box the shoes came in. She did take it but made a big deal about it. Not my problem if packages get tirn on their belts, perhaps tgey should get better ones

Entered the store to drop off a package. Daniel was engaged in a task but immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. Daniel is definitely someone who can multitask. Polite and efficient I was done in minutes. And then I saw Daniel go on to other tasks. Definitely a worker bee. I asked to speak to the manager. A very kind woman named Heta came out. I complimented Daniels work ethics to her. I also mentioned that a few weeks ago I was going to drop a letter off in their USPS box. The door was locked and I realized they were closed. As I turned to walk away a nice man inside opened the door and took my letter. Turns out that was Heta's husband. When people take pride in the job they doIt shows! I was very impressed because unfortunately you don't see this very often. Well done everyone!

The Carolina commons store has always gone above and beyond for me, taking care of every need with extreme care and knowledge. The owner has always been so helpful and kind to me as well, as a busy Mom and business owner I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work and services they provide!!

I will not return to this location. While shipping other items I dropped off a pre paid USPS package since they accept them there. As I was walking out, the person questioned the package to another employee since it was USPS and the other employee said they put those in a special bin. Didn't think anything of it at the time. A little while later the tracking info is never updated in USPS system. They never received it. I call the UPS Store and they said the hand off all packages and there is nothing they can do, call USPS. Of course USPS says they never received it. Who's fault? IDK, but this site quickly dismissed me and wanted nothing to do with me. I don't trust them and I won't return. If you care about your shipping and packages, I wouldn't go here.

Went into The UPS Store today to get a couple of documents printed from my photos. Price was great but the woman originally waiting on us was not very helpful and really lacked customer service skills. She seemed to rushed to answer a quick "how to" question about our order even though we were the only customers in the store. Thank goodness a young man can out and I then went over to him to ask the same question he was so happy to spend the 30 seconds needed to help us. They need more employees like him.
