The rudest customer service I’ve ever seen in any beauty ulta store. Curly blonde was so self absorbed that didn’t get that she could use her mic to get help for other customers while she is working. But nope , she is too arrogant to do so. The only thing she came up to was - “Go and find someone in the back of the store - you stupido. You don’t see I’m busy. “ Way to go to scare other customers away.

I love Ulta... bur I have been to this location several times and have never had a great experience....except with the Tarte rep yesterday he was great!

I had a very good experience at this Ulta location. The salesperson helped me match the new Fenty stick foundation perfectly. She also showed me complimenting products to go with the new foundation. I will be back for more!

My mom and and I experienced extremely aggressive and unprofessional conduct by one blonde employee with long wavy hair. Thankfully management was more professional but we ended up just walking out because this behavior is unacceptable and we will not tolerate being treated like this.

my dad was smelly and needed cologne but he is picky about smells and he NEEDS a certain cologne. he has been investing the cologne for months and we went to this Ulta location to find it. we asked the manager of she had it and went out of her way to go to the storage thing and got the spray just for my dad. my dad is very happy now. as my father once said “it is a nice smelling cologne”. thank you for your time

I went in there a few weeks ago asking for help with starting to use new skincare, and i was new to it. A bunch of employees there clearly had no interest in helping me, but a girl named Reese came up to me and was SO helpful. She told me what products helped her and I could see the results because she had amazing skin! The products she recommended have helped me so much! Employee of the decade!!!

Karen at the Brow Bar is always pleasant, professional and a true perfectionist in her work. She manages to transform my skimpy brows into fabulous on every visit! I highly recommend booking an appointment with her; you will not be disappointed.

Can't recommend this Ulta (or possibly any) after the numerous bad experiences my mom and I have had at this store and seeing how little the company cared about making things right. Employees are unhelpful at best and plain mean at worst.I first felt uncomfortable in this store after a situation with a little blonde girl called Hayley. I felt targeted for my gender presentation by her while we shopped after overhearing comments she was making about myself to another employee. I brought it up with a manager and never heard about it again. When I returned to the store some time later and Hayley was working, she just stared at me whenever I was in her line of sight.I haven't been back to this location since. I'm unsure if she still works there, but I feel uncomfortable returning to a place that let that behavior continue after the first instance. My mom has been back however and has complained to me about how she struggles to find any employees to help her, her numerous bad experiences with them trying to trick her into signing up for a credit card that she does not want, and how employees aren't able to answer simple questions.Overall, very disappointed in this Ulta and the company as a whole for not caring about their marginalized customers... Or any customer, apparently. I haven't seen their so-called inclusive values for myself at this store. My mom will be shopping at Sephora with me from now on.EDIT: Just learned from my mom that she purchased an IT moisturizer that was empty when she brought it home. She did not realize that the container was empty until she opened it today, weeks after purchasing, because the container itself is heavy. The product has been scooped out.Ulta is so understaffed and careless that they allow anyone to come in their store to steal the product out of a container in the store, because the company are too cheap to keep their stores adequately staffed to deter thieves. My mom is likely out that $40+ because of Ulta's carelessness, because she didn't think to check to make sure the container was still full. Why would she?!Ulta is a terrible company. I would rate them lower than 0 stars if I could.
