“I usually would never leave a review for a UPS store, but this one definitely stuck out. Usually dropping off amazon returns or packages at a UPS store is a pretty impersonal experience with the store trying to charge you an arm and a leg for everything. I was greated with kindness and warmth at this store and they even helped me out when I made a mistake with some amazon returns (not something a UPS store has ever done for me before). They definitely work to earn your business here, even in the short time you are in the store. I highly recommend this location!”

I had used one of Mario's other companies to help with a challenging clean-out situation, and was happy to learn of his moving company, so I jumped at the chance to use them for loading our moving truck. They were professional and on-time, helping us move out quickly and efficiently with a good attitude and smiles all around. I was also impressed by some of the little things, like how some of his team members had (tasteful) music playing on their phones while loading the truck, the firm/genuine handshakes from all of his team, and how they really seemed to care about the situation we were going through that required the move. “I love working for MIGWAY, the have the miles to put you to work, typical week is Sunday to Friday or Monday to Saturday with the occasionally sat and sun off. My dispatch manager Alice is great, other than break down I have not been down or wait for a load,I typically have a reload before I get unload or no more than an hour wait. I do 2800-3000 miles per week. I feel like the whole team is behind me, as a driver, I haven’t not work for a company that make me feel more comfortable on the road knowing that if I have a problem there will be a solution in a timely manner. I would recommend working here definitely.”

“I needed to process a Macy’s return. This was the perfect location for a quick drop off. This is an access point, so make sure that you already have your shipping label and a sealed box. I am a little spoiled because other drop off locations have tape and a shipping label holder to protect the label. Nonetheless, I bought a package of shipping tape from which was still convenient. I secured my return and quickly checked out within 10 minutes and was able to get a text email copy of the receipt so that my return was processed. This was super convenient for me because I do not like driving far.”

Everyone there was so helpful and the manager, Demi, is just the best! Just be patient if they're slammed and you'll be glad you waited for your turn.”

“I had to return some office equipment. I went to four other "Fedex" locations before coming here. They turned out to be inside of CVS or Walgreens locations, which are unable to scan QR codes, print labels, or take codes for payment. This office, on the other hand... Great customer service, minimum wait time, & they take care of boxing up everything and made the process seamless. I highly recommend this FedEx office for any of your shipping needs!”
