Some of the staff were nice. Literally no wheelchairs in sight. NOT wheelchair accessible at all. If you don’t have a wheelchair at home, don’t come here.. you won’t get any help. The entire store is a mess as well and barely organized. You’re constantly stepping on things all over the floor. If you have a buggy you’re constantly crunching things all over the floor.. broken things everywhere. Opened a coat pocket and found a handful of unfound removed security tags where someone had stolen. As you can see in the photo: no wheelchair in sight.

Over heard a conversation between some employees, this poor worker is crying and sobbing.. struggling over whatever she is going thru and the manager Miya had this stuck up, most ignorant facial expression on her face.. another coworker giving this poor lady a hug and the manger Miya just stood there and didn’t show a single sign of sympathy towards this lady.. i couldn’t believe my eyes, this lady Bella something was the one hugging her but the most caring employee i seen, that’s how a manager should act.. extremely disappointed and will not be shopping if this stubborn, no good heartless women is still manager.

I slowly started shopping at this Ross since April of 2022. This place is clean. The shelves are usually stocked. Sometimes some shelves are less stocked but overall, I always find what I am looking for. The clothing department was one of the reasons I avoided Ross because they always felt unorganized and overstuffed, but hardly do I go in this store and feel overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that’s untidy.

There’s a cashier named Maria that becomes hostile when you mention to her that she’s ringing up the wrong items. Instead of being apologetic she raised her voice. She also processed a return WITH a receipt as a transaction that didn’t have a receipt. This was her way of retaliating since I spoke up about her ringing up jewelry items I didn’t ask for. When a return is processed without a receipt you don’t get the same price you paid. I guess she thought I wasn’t paying attention and what should have been a $10 refund, was a $1 refund. I asked her could she check again, she then said this is correct. I said, please explain how an item I bought today with a receipt is now only $1 refund. She then says the register has run out of paper but it’s right. ??? I then asked for a manager and she said why? I said because I need you to understand what’s happening here. The manager came over, then Maria raised her voice in the presence of her manager and I said, see this is what I’m speaking of. Instead of apologizing or checking that my refund was correct according to my original receipt she becomes argumentative. The manager did apologize yet said there must have been a mistake with our register. Clearly, the manager would benefit from coaching as well because there was no mistake as this was a lack of integrity on Maria’s part as she processed my return as a NO RECEIPT transaction when I gave it to her, refused to correct it when i challenged the refund amount and continued to tell me it was correct, then attempted to not offer a receipt. I can’t understand how someone who’s been given a manager position doesn’t take ownership of what really happened here and shifts the blame on a register mistake. The real ticker here is: who operates the register…? Let the buyer beware at this location as integrity and taking ownership is seriously compromised. I know it’s hard to find help at certain pay grades however at the expense of the customer not having an customer service experience that is with integrity is where an employees right to work should end. #CheckYourReceipts #JustCallCorp #IntegrityMatters
