I feel bad for the associates as they have overload of work between checkout and cleaning the sales floor, it’s definitely not their fault but this is falling on the corporate that they don’t hire enough people to keep their stores clean and shopable.Three people are not enough to check out,clean and stock. Hire more people

Brought my elderly mother of 90 years old and I saw numerous times to no avail asking for some sort of handicap chair for her ask the girl behind the counter she seemed like she could care less she spoke to the manager because I was looking for corporate number and they both spoke together like I was not even visible terrible customer service and that store from the manager on down waiting for call back from corporate let's see what happens

Horrible Experience tonight!!. 5pmHad a returned to make1 person at register5 people in front of me2nd person got on registerGot to register (young girl, no smile, no hellono eye contact)Gave receipt, she started scanning, added security tags to things and hangers as I patiently waited, As I patiently waited on the line, when there was only one person at the register (AGAIN, THIS IS RUSH-HOUR )Then she told me credit amount but that she needed a managers override.Other cashier was trying to contact the manager whose name was JODY… Says I don’t think Jodi has her walkie on. As I’m standing, waiting for this manager to show up, there’s a gentleman at the same counter, Waiting for someone to help him with jewelry Who was barely acknowledged . So I said to the girl can’t you just go find her and she said she went on her lunch break and left the building. I then said what’s the limit for the override and she said anything over $50 we need an override… I said you mean to tell me there is no one in the store that can do this? She said no…(Never apologize once or anything ever) I said it’s rush-hour how can this even be happening? It’s now around 5:45 and she told me she should be back by 6:10. I said, am I supposed to wait here for a half hour and she said you can if you want then the line of 30 People start saying can’t You ring us up in the meantime?… I then asked, could she return all my items individually that were less than $50 and she told me she could but it would take a really long time I bagged up my stuff Got my receipt back went out the door with all the alarms flaring because she had retagged Everything. I just kept walking and now I have to waste time and gas money to go back.Why on earth would you ring me up in the first place? I had about 10 items to Return which, of course would exceed $50. And why on earth is there not someone in the store with this override code? Someone physically need to be in the store at all times I can’t even Imagine if any of the 30 people behind me Had to return over $50… Calling corporate in the morning.And to be honest, I’m not that person, and I’m pissed that they made me be that person, but a smile or I’m so sorry Would’ve been at least an attempt. Better yet if the cashier knew she needed an override .. Offer to ring up items at a time to talking UNDER $50 and give me like five refunds.

Some of the staff were nice. Literally no wheelchairs in sight. NOT wheelchair accessible at all. If you don’t have a wheelchair at home, don’t come here.. you won’t get any help. The entire store is a mess as well and barely organized. You’re constantly stepping on things all over the floor. If you have a buggy you’re constantly crunching things all over the floor.. broken things everywhere. Opened a coat pocket and found a handful of unfound removed security tags where someone had stolen. As you can see in the photo: no wheelchair in sight.

I slowly started shopping at this Ross since April of 2022. This place is clean. The shelves are usually stocked. Sometimes some shelves are less stocked but overall, I always find what I am looking for. The clothing department was one of the reasons I avoided Ross because they always felt unorganized and overstuffed, but hardly do I go in this store and feel overwhelmed by the amount of stuff that’s untidy.
