Extremely unprofessional!!! I went to Lina for the past year, she's done my highlights and a recent perm. Directly after the perm she brushed my hair with a paddle brush and was in a hurry the entire time. My hair never curled instead it was half straight and half wavy. She tells me that "tight rods bad it looks like poodle" when that's what I told her I wanted in the beginning. I was extremely disappointed and went back a week and a half later to show her my terrible hair. Now she makes up a million excuses about how my highlights are the reason, insisting I go buy this product to help curl it. I shouldn't have to go buy anything to fix your mistake! I'm so disappointed in the service I received here. She said "come back in 2 months we'll do another perm, color your hair dark and use this" so spend another 180 dollars on top of the 135 that I paid you for terrible hair I hate!!! She should have given me my money back as soon as she seen it. I will never return here again, 135 dollars down the drain just to be disappointed!!!! Give me my money back!!!!!

I had my very first hair appointment with Mrs. Shirley Threatt today, and it was such a Great Experience!!! This Stylist is so very professional, and I could tell immediately that she is very knowledgeable about hair care and what would be the best steps to get me going in the right direction to healthy hair. I’m new to the Charlotte, NC area since Nov 2020 (relocated from Bronx, NY) and had been searching for a stylist for about 2 months, and I found Shirley through my Google search. I visited her sites on riahs.com and salonlofts.com, checked out the photos, services offered, and read the reviews and immediately decided to call and book an appointment! I was 3 months in without having a relaxer retouch and color, my hair was bone dry and it showed! Shirley showed me the products she was using on my hair and explained how they were helpful in the process. When she was done, my hair looked so moisturized and even felt stronger – it was so lovely, I was so happy. Also, her sanitizing efforts are Amazing – I was very comfortable and you will be too. If you’re like me, a new transplant to the area and looking for a new stylist, give Shirley a call. You will not be disappointed. With me, I’m happy to say Shirley now has a loyal client!Services: Hair coloring

Lina at Salon lofts is the best!! I have been with her for the past 6 years. I have followed her when she changed locations and salons. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!!! I highly recommend her!!!

Just got a full sew in from Shirley Threatt. The quality is unbelievable. The service was great. I'd recommend her to anyone wanting a sew in that looks natural and not bulky. Her price was very reasonably considering the high quality. I'm loving it.
