Best food of any supermarket. Always fresh. Meat and Fish departments are incompatible. The Deli has the highest quality food, Service is impeccable Ambiance is always typical of a grocery store and always bright and very clean

I went to the sub area to get a chicken tender salad like I always do and the Hispanic short girl with black hair seemed to be confused about what I was getting she didn't feel like making it and walked around the counter to tell me to get a premade one instead. I don't want apples, raisins, and nuts in my salad. There has never been an issue making it in front of me until today. So I just didn't order anything because she started getting a attitude and talked over me. My fiancé tried to get one of the vegan sub options and nobody knew what was on it... this location got some work to do

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Stand that deli counter 5 minutes while 4 employees walk back and forth doing nothing. Attitudes are horrible. Worst grocery store chain Ive ever been. If you want over priced products and unprofessional customer service I guess this is your store.

Store is clean and associates pleasant, but no longer carrying out my groceries:-(. Loved shopping here for that reason. Store in Marvin doesn’t either! Customer service is very different in these stores than those in Georgia or Florida!

My doctor called in a prescription for an asthma inhaler for me. However, this Publix never notified me, that they received the prescription. After a few days of waiting I called the doctor and was told that it had been sent. When I called Publix, I was told that yes it had been called in several days before but the inhaler has a high cost of 600$ with my insurance. I believe, whether or not the price of the prescription is high, a patient should still be notified that they have medicine and the cost so they can decide what is best for them. I do not need Publix to decide for me how much I am willing or capable of spending on my own lifesaving medications. Please do better Publix.

The deli is awful, my subs are made wrong and when I placed my ordered for my deli meat one item was out of stock. Instead of calling to see if we wanted a replacement, they left a note on a piece of paper. The reason we order in line so we don’t have to wait at the deli. I am done with Publix, no customer service and managers are just as bad when you call they have no solutions. Her is a solution train better.

The best grocery store, hands down. This location is the most convenient for me and I am so thankful for that! Everyone greets you and is so friendly. The carrot cake this bakery makes is the THE BEST carrot cake I have ever had.

Friendly staff, but terrible management that fails to properly stock items and allows Instacart to abuse customers. Shame on the store manager and district manager, Mike: Epic failures!

Been using this pharmacy since I moved here. Always syncs my refills so I don't have to make extra trips. Pricing is fair, and I use Good RX. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve shopped at Publix for 20 years and unfortunately this store is managed poorly. Produce is terrible, avocados are over ripe, deli is never stocked, simple things like deviled eggs are rarely available, no variety in boars head sausages even after repeatedly telling manager, limited primal kitchen sauces. Too many complaints to shop here anymore.

The deli department consistently does not meet expectations for having online orders completed by their pickup time. There’s no excuse for this to happen over and over again.

We wanted to thank Publix team at Cross Creek for a great store and fantastic customer service. A special shout out to Courtney in the meat department. She was a big help in getting the proper cuts of meat to make a 3 layer steak cake with mashed potato “frosting” and Bacon roses for New Years.
