Will never order from this location again. Ordered some speciality food from this location for my dog, received a call that my order would have to be cancelled due to my dog not been seen by the vet there. Mind you my dog was seen at another Vetco location same company just different vet. Was told that I had to order the food from where my dog was seen. Wondering if that’s the case then why was I able to get it from a different company PetSmart.

Tried to return a defectively designed product purchased less than 4 months ago.
Associate refused refund and manager took a tough guy attitude and did the same. Absolutely lost me as a customer over a $35 litter box that leaked cat piss all over my wall and damaged my baseboard.
Unfortunately this means that I will just use Amazon instead of this convenient location - they are typically cheaper too.
It doesn’t matter to me one bit, since they are frequently out of stock of our regular food items, so we cannot always get what we need here.
Lost me as a customer forever.

Large variety of name brand foods for a large variety of animals. They sell variety of fish and reptiles. Adopt a cat program, along with a doggy bath, professional pet grooming. If you’re looking for some brands of food you will find in grocery store they may not carry the food. In all they carry a large variety of food, supplies, toys for all animals. Customer service at checkout is as kind, respectful and professional. Only employee that asked if they could help was in reptile dept and was very knowledgeable. .

I scheduled a groom for my dog weeks in advance. The day before they asked could I move his appointment back one hour which was ok. Then the day of the appointment only a few hours before. If this happens there should someone else who is able to do it the same day. It’s very inconvenient to ask to move the time then cancel all together.

Prices are too high and I can rarely able to find the dog food I want. Check the quality of leashes too. I bought a retractable that not work well.

I just experienced the Worst customer service at the Indian Land, SC location. When I left I was and still am, very upset. I am sending a complaint thru e-mail detailing the horrible customer service. I am including the name of the employee and details of the complaint.

Walked into the Petco looking to get my pups nails trimmed and buffed. I just wanted to post on reviews noting that Maddison did a top notch job on my pups nails. They are the best that she has gotten at this Petco. Not saying they were done bad before but with her shift about to be over she did not slack on her job today :)

Love the Premiere and Elite member program.... Getting my dogs nails trimmed quarterly is worth the monthly payment alone

I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact the grooming center at this Petco with no luck. I've left my name and number with many customer service reps, left numerous voicemails and have called multiple times a week for over a month... absolutely nothing. I understand busy schedules, but I wouldn't even try to go here for grooming.

They come up under low cost spay neuter search. But they are far from low cost. They need to make the pricing clear when making appointments online. I drove 40 mins to get there. Then their system wasn't working so nothing could be done anyway.
Do not go there if you want a low cost spay/neuter. The appt was for a kitten that was found in an abandoned apartment. I just wanted to fix him so he doesn't spray up the neighborhood.
The young girl that was there was nice and recommended the humane society, and they are about $400-$500 cheaper, and I don't need to set up more than 1 appointment.
