Went here to replace my battery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure I was getting the right battery, took the tool cart out for me and checked on me while I was changing it. Every O'Reilly I've been to has always gone above and beyond.

I was having trouble finding a piece for a replacement part on my car. Cassie was very knowledgeable and was actually able to take the piece off of my old part. She solved my problem in about 2 minutes. Thank you!

Great clean organized auto parts store that usually has the few items I'm looking for once a month or so. Had a small issue with a tow strap that was boxed with a frayed line from the manufacturer. I was dreading taking in back and dealing with the hassle of a return, but did so today, and the very nice manager lady pulled up my receipt, told me to go grab another one and I was in and out under 5 minutes. It was a pleasure to see that customer service and helpful folks are still out there! We have a few options for auto-parts stores, but O'reilly sealed the deal for me today, they will be my first stop from now on.

Only been there once for an item but the knowledgeable clerk sent me in the right direction when it came to the proper steering fluid for Hondas, and likely saved me from trouble down the road. Quick, in and out visit.

Had A simple daytime running light problem, but needed some Help determining which parts were needed. Couldn’t find another auto parts store that was willing to dig into the problem and figure out which light parts were necessary. I came to O’Reilly. Cassie at O’Reilly and her manager were extremely helpful. Cassie went out to my car, determined which parts were needed, advised me on my options, found a way to save money, and sold me the bulbs necessary. Super helpful people! Everyone was really nice and helpful. I will drive out here anytime I need auto parts.update: well they sold me the wrong part!?.. they were still very nice.

Cassie is the best! Took the time to find out what the issue was with my break lights and fixed it right there in the parking lot. Super friendly! Would absolutely ask for Cassie when your in O’Riley!

Cassie at O'Reilly in Indian Land is the best. This lady really knows her way around the car. Went on for break lights and she then found the cause of a lot of the other problems that I was having with the car. She discovered that whoever serviced it in the past never put the fuses back in and just left them sitting there.

Cassie at the store location in Indian Land is phenomenal! Very polite and went above and beyond assistance. She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed for my 2017 Grand Cherokee. Cassie solved the problem!
I recently bought a car that smelled heavily with perfumey! I tried everything to get the smell out. she suggested it was my cabin filter, she came right out to my car took it out and yes that was the issue, she put a new one in and right away the smell went away! I was prepared to take it to a detailer for $250 and have the whole interior including carpets cleaned to try to get rid of that awful perfumey smell. Thank you Cassie
