First time to an NTB for a patch repair. Was impressed with the customer service. Will start going to this location for my vehicle needs going forward.

NTB for the win! They patched up a pescy hole without trying to profit. Honesty and integrity is important which is why they are my go-to for tires, oil changes, etc. Mr. Tillman was good service personified. Great job by the entire crew.

Gabe is awesome. I came in with a brake light issue and he squeezed me in quick and fixed it in just a few minutes. 10/10 customer service! I will always go here for quick car needs.

Wow! Came in with a flat and was literally telling my wife as we were walking in that “customer service is dead and there’s no way they’ll even be able to get us in, let alone do a quick patch.”
Boy was I wrong! Brandon rolled our tire in, patched it, put it back on, and even put the spare and jack away in the trunk (we had left it a mess putting on the spare earlier.)
At the end of it, he walked in, handed us the keys, and said “have a nice day.”
No fuss, no muss, no charge. You just don’t see service like that anymore!
Thank you, Brandon! We’ll certainly be back when it’s time for service.

Our tire pressure light came on as we were leaving for vacation. We noticed a nail and stopped into NTB to see if it could be patched. They immediately took the car in and fixed the tire quickly to get us back on our way. VERY nice man at the desk. I regret not getting his name to give him a shout out here. Will definitely go back!

Gabe at NTB is awesome. We started going to NTB and working with Gabe based on a recommendation from our good friends and we are happy we did. Gabe is always attentive and willing to provide the best service and advice for all of our vehicle needs. I worked for an automobile retailer for 11 years and haven’t had to use another company for my vehicle needs until recently and I am happy to say I have found my place. Thanks Gabe and NTB!

NTB Indian land is your one stop shop for everything to do with your car or truck. Friendly and helpful crew. Came in because of a low tire light and they checked me in and had me good to go in no time.
Great service excellent crew and customer service. Highly recommend.

In a world where customer service is almost none existent, it is live and well at NTB in Indian Land. Gabe is the best. He has a high level of customer service and is very personable.
Despite not having an appointment on a Saturday, he and his team had my car ready in less time than I thought it would take.
After dealing with AAA’s bad service time and time again I have found my new car repair place.
