“Shout Out ! To Tristian at the AT&T Store, Promenade Shops on Hwy 521 during Today's (2-22-24) outage. I have no Wi-Fi at home, and Tristian was exemplary in resolving my dilemma of reaching the owner of the company I work for, and also getting the map up on my phone so I could reach my destination for a dog walk… I was also able to reach the client, thanks to Tristian !! I could not have been more pleased with Tristian’s stellar customer service, caring, and overall due diligence rising to the occasion during this outage !! Thank you, Tristian !! Big Hug !!”
“If I could give them 10 stars I would. New to the area and needed help with an account transfer from one carrier to another. 2 gentleman were able to help me out one name was David the other was Gabriel. Probably the best costumer services and interaction I’ve had far as cell phones related issues. great help navigating the issue I had. Considering there was only 2 of them working at time I was there and they had multiple people to help they did an amazing job! Overall great experience!!”
