I know Minute Clinics/urgent cares can be hit or miss, but this Minute Clinic was great today. Both the NP and RN were professional, kind, and thorough. I appreciate their time and education on different viruses. The clinic itself is clean and updated with modern technology. I would return and recommend this location after today's visit.

I was able to make an appointment for a Covid test for the same day, was taken care of quickly and professionally and received my prescription without an issue.

I usually just go here to pick up my prescription and go. What I've noticed is that the pharmacy staff are always preoccupied but will not leave you waiting too long. The wait seems to be from the amount of customers in line and the customers themselves being slow. I can't speak on the drive thru as I haven't used it. But if you're in a rush to get your prescription, go at a time you think there won't be a lot of customers and you won't be there long at all.

I hate this cvs. It is genuinely the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Only get your prescriptions sent here if you have an hour to wait in line.

This pharmacy is the slowest place I have been to in a long time. With at least 6 employees in the pharmacy itself today, it still took me over an hour and a half to get my prescription sent over and processed. I asked several times about the status of my prescription and half the time they couldn't find my name in the computer so they sent me to another window. Ridiculous. With all the employees just talking to each other....they didnt even see that the one cashier had a very long line. No one came to help her get the line down....they just kept talking and laughing. Poor service.

This is the absolute worst minute clinic I’ve ever visited. The nurse is extremely rude. I took my daughter to the minute clinic because we couldn’t get an appointment with her primary care. She had a fever and had sore throat. She was tested for strep at this location but according to the nurse, the strep test came back negative. The nurse did the test so quick, I was immediately skeptical and asked follow-up questions in which she responded rudely. I was able to get my daughter in today to her primary care and the strep was in fact positive. This CVS minute clinic in Carolina Commons should be shut down and that nurse replaced. She is awful. Terrible customer service and overall service. You should be ashamed ma’am the way you treat people. Shame on you…

I went to the minute clinic at this location today, and I left feeling like it was the worse nurse practitioner I ever seen, her last name is Adam she treated me like I had no saying in the way I was feeling or my treatment she was unprofessional I told her I get sinus infection and I thought I had one I have been dealing with sinus infection my hole life I get fever headache and night suede but she kept instant that it was allergies and was berry rude about it, I am all in for no taking antibiotics when you don’t need them but I have had sinus surgery twice so I think I know my body better than her plus her attitude was so unprofessional,I will never go there again safe yourself the trouble and money

Wow, sure wish I would’ve checked these reviews before visiting this minute clinic. Lindsey Adams NP has to be the rudest NP I’ve ever dealt with. When my blood pressure was checked for treating a UTI I told her that my blood pressure would be elevated due to a medical condition called white coat syndrome . This NP looked at me like I was crazy and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I proceeded to inform her of a bad car accident that I was in that resulted in a brain injury that causes my BP to elevate at any medical facility. After acting like white coat syndrome isn’t a condition she told me I was wrong that a brain injury isn’t why my blood pressure was high. I check my blood pressure as soon as I got home & it was normal. My family doctor was also notified of what happened and she asked that I never visit that facility again and gave me some referrals to a ton of urgent cares in case she wasn’t available. This NP also asked me during this traumatic visit, “ why does everyone think it’s ok to come to minute clinic.”What?! I’ve never been so anxious and nervous in my life!!!That lady needs a mental health day and maybe this field is just not fit for her! Doctor was great. I did inform the doctor that this NP made me very nervous. The doctor changed the subject, asking about my holiday plans and was very nice. I really should have ran out of that place the time I step foot in the room.

Went in for COVID booster shot. Pharmacist giving shot used much too large diameter needle causing substantial pain and swelling at injection site.

This is the Worst place I have ever gone for doctor care.My wife and I went there on Sat. 6/19/2021We had already been to Hosp. In Waxhaw. My symptoms were congested chest, congested head, and had turned into a bad ear infection.I had been sick for 14 days so she prescribed me an antibiotic. My wife went in next. Her symptoms were the same as mine without ear infection, she had only been sick for 10 days.D. Egnaczak told her that they like to wait 12 days before prescribing antibiotic, she told her to come back on Monday and she would go from there. She is my wife, she lives with me, she has the same symptoms, she has already missed 5 days of work. Why not give her antibiotic the same day instead of making her wait 2 more day.To charge her more money, that's the only reason. When I went up to get my pills, it was $61:00 for 14 pills.14 antibiotics.Stay away from this minute clinic and Egnaczak. And the very expensive CVS pharmacy.Go some where else.

My wife got a negative test result for COVID at this location and we needed the result sent to us so she could get treated for strep throat. They not only didn't send us the results, but they also DELETED the appointment. So when we went to our preferred CVS minute clinic off Rea Rd, they had no record of her getting a test at all. No one ever answered the phone in order for us to straighten everything out. The CVS off of Rea Rd ultimately had to squeeze her in for ANOTHER test. We got dirty looks from people waiting in their cars as we just walked right into the testing box. Rea Rd will always be the CVS I go to after this horrible experience. They went above and beyond in order for my wife to get what she needed. This location needs people that know what their doing.

I made an appt to the wrong cvs like a goof but the staff here was understanding and worked me in pretty much immediately for my flu shot. Everything was quick, friendly and almost painless. Thank you!Side note- when scheduling an appt online, make sure it's to the right place!

As I was submitting my information into the kiosk the doctor came out to tell me that the one patient that was waiting would be her last one today and she doesn't have time for me. She said she was just coming out to put up her sign… but it wasn't up yet and I really needed to see her for an anti viral. Due to the lack of customer service or care I will not be returning to this minute clinic!

Very very unsatisfied. I go in and the lady says that the fluid in my ear is just from a cold although it's been bothering me for two weeks and has gotten worse and she said I didn't have an ear infection. She said she'd call a prescription into the pharmacy and she never did. I waited 3 days and the pharmacy still said they had never gotten the prescription. Go to another doctor and turns out I have a bad ear infection.
