Larry is the best. Our kids have turned our side yard into a mud pit. Larry went above and beyond to help us figure out the best way to save the grass/keep our neighbors from hating us. Before our lawn tutorial from Larry, another employee helped my husband problem solve his cold plunge set up. Later, the rental guys walked through the price differential between renting and buying a chain saw. Super helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about our project/budget. We had that peak customer service experience Thanks Lowe's.

Reliable services, which is their service and install department is an absolute atrocity... I can no longer recommend Lowe's to my clients for appliances install appliances or install of anything for that matter. hire outside of Lowe's a separate contractor. Most recently I had a client who purchased a hood vent and install from them It was less than satisfactory and they refused to come back out to fix it claiming that because the cover got taken off that the warranty was void... my clients were out $500 for install

The management and customer service at this Lowe's location is horrific, the folks in the kitchen appliances section are RUDE and very DISRESPECTFUL! They will move fast to sell you an appliance and push for the protection plan, but when you return for help with an item that short circuited, they will dismiss you with a number to call. The guy that sold me the item with the lowest protection plan and who I asked for help 2 months after my purchase said to me, in a very condescending tone in front of my 77 year old mother "I'm repeating myself" after I asked him 3 different questions and he gave me the same repeated none related robotic answer. Annoyed and dismissive he gave me a number to call, which I did call and they could not locate my purchased protection plan. So I went back to this Lowe's the next day for help again, but went to a different annoyed sales rep. sitting next to the previous grumpy one. And he gave me the same dismissive answer with a straight face handing me the same number to call. So now I'm paying off a $600+ item that no longer works, and I have no where to go for help. Money down the drain with a Lowe's protection plan. The DMV treats you way better than this place! Do yourself a big favor and avoid this Lowe's location and Lowe's in general! I'm personally sticking with Home Depot, they won't fail or SCAM you like Lowe's will.

Customer service here is non-existent. Employees will tell you they don’t have something when they do. They won’t make eye contact. They will literally walk off if they see anyone approach them. If I want to blindly search for things, I’ll use Amazon. I came here for a personal touch and left feeling like a bother.

Tool rental department is ridiculous. Don’t rent the hammer drill here. Just buy your own bit.We were drilling into a slab and we hit rebar. When this machine vibrates and it hits rebar ofcorse there is a chance that the bit is going to break. They charged me for a bit that broke and they said we were leaning on it. Sat there and watched my guys when it snapped. Anyways, just buy your own bit otherwise they will accidentally you of leaning on it when it breaks. They never even said anything about having to replace the bit if it breaks. EVEN THOUGH I HAD BOUGHT INSURANCE. GUESS THAT DOES NOT COVER THE BIT. RIDICULOUS.

I use this Lowes about twice a month for one thing or another. Like most big box stores they've pared the payroll way down. But whenever I can't find assistance I just look the item up on my phone on their website. It pops up with the number in stock, the aisle it's located in, and the specific bay. It's convenient and incidentally that's how the people that work there find an item when you ask for help. Loads of parking. Long hours. No hassle returns. And very dog friendly. I recommend this Lowes.

I am a fan of Lowes. Lately I have been ordering online and materials are delivered to the address where they are needed. This saves me time.
