It is unacceptable that no one answers the phone when customers are calling about their prescription. After calling numerous times on my way there, I assumed there was a line and very busy inside. Upon arrival, there was absolutely no customers in the pharmacy area. My call, if answered, would of taken less than 30 seconds of an employees time. For those of us who drive a distance for this pharmacy, a little customer service would be great to ensure the trip in is not wasted.

They NEVER answer the phone. My first time filling a prescription I called numerous times to see if my prescription was ready. So many times that customer service answered the phone and walked over to the pharmacy to get an answer for me. The second time dealing with them I called 3x on my way to see if my prescription was ready, got to the store and there was no line! I called while in the store and the 3 girls working stayed huddled together talking instead of picking up the phone. What a way to make customers feel unimportant.

I spent 50 minutes on the phone trying to get through to someone before my call was ended. I don't understand this. The pharmacists are generally very helpful in the store. I don't know if the issue is that they are understaffed or they get too many time-wasting calls. It's been getting progressively worse though over the past year.

I love Harris teeter, but I took off stars bc the pharmacist, LINDSEY, is very rude and difficult to talk to.

Sarah in the Deli made the BEST sub sandwich my husband's ever had! We appreciate her attention to detail and warm spirit.

The pharmacists here are awesome, truly. I would totally give them 5 stars if I was just rating them. They are always helpful and accommodating. Sarah is fantastic! However, I have to take off a star because actually getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible as the phone system itself is the absolute worst. If you ever want to actually speak to anyone on the phone, go ahead and carve out at least a good half hour of your day on making repeated calls, as you will just keep getting redirected to the main menu and have to keep hitting 0 every time until someone answers the phone (I guess? It's unclear if the phone is actually ringing on their end). I totally understand they're extremely busy, but it would be great if someone could at least answer the phone and put me on hold so at least I know my call is going through.

Your pharmacist, Sarah Vest, was so helpful and a wonderful asset to your store. I was there for a vaccine and she took time to explain everything which helped me feel comfortable. Great customer service.

Absolutely the worst telephone system I have seen in my 78 years. There are so many buttons to push to get to the pharmacy to speak to someone, then no one answers. Call the store customer service department and they can’t transfer your call, so the have to walk to the pharmacy to inform them that they have a phone call. Then after five minutes the call is dropped.

Had a prescription called in the price was too high so I had it transferred to another pharmacy I've had to go through hoops and bounds just to get in touch with them do not try to call very bad experience but the pharmacist was very helpful but other than that I wouldn't recommend these people

Very friendly and helpful staff and pharmacist. The transferring of prescriptions from another state and different pharmacies was excellent and super easy. I was more nervous than they were. It is so nice to see happy faces. The app I am still working with and hope it gets better. Seems very limited and not very intuitive but again Just started working with it.

Harris Teeter is an awesome chain of supermarkets throughout the Charlotte area. The stores are bright, well stocked and carry an excellent assortment of merchandise. This one in Indian Land is a prime example.I popped in to pick up a few quick things and while the layout and shelving alignment was slightly different from my regular HT, I still found everything I wanted and a few extra bits. The nice lady in the deli was wearing her mask and friendly. She perfectly prepared a pound of Boar's Head (yeah, the best!) cheese Produce is in great shape, the beer & wine aisle is a great variety and they do excellent seafood. I'm a fan. This store also has a pharmacy and a Starbucks.[Review 13665 overall, 984 of 2020, number 620 in South Carolina.]

I shopped this Harris Teeter and several others for years as an Express Lane customer (pay $100/year for the online shop/pickup service). I used to brag about the service. The service now in unusable because Harris Teeter corporate decided to let everyone use the service...even giving it to some groups for free..with no consideration for the long time users who had PAID for it & made it profitable. I am supposed to be able to use the service with as little as 4 hr notice and as often as I want. Today is Wednesday and I can't even get a pickup slot for NEXT Tuesday (the farthest out the calendar goes). I have checked every store within 30 miles (18 or them) and all are the same. They have turned me from a raving fan to an angry customer considering legal action. ***This review will be placed on all stores I have shopped***

I'm writing a review about the pharmacy portion but Harris Teeter pharmacy is honestly the best! I've had a few issues with CVS and my new prescriptions accidentally getting sent there by my doctor. Last week I tried to get my Venaflaxine from CVS and there was a problem with my insurance renewal. We renewed it on 2020 but it was showing expired. I used GoodRX and I was going to pay $82.00for a month supply. I waited there around two hours and they ended up giving me a week supply for 20 bucks. Turns out they only gave me 6 days so I went to Harris Teeter today. Total it took about an hour to get the medicine transferred and filled. There was still an issue with insurance but Ewelina was SOOO nice and accommodating. She applied coupons from Harris teeter and the whole month supply was only around 20 bucks. Which is only one 10 more dollars then I usually pay. And she even said if I call the insurance company and get the new Info within a week she'll refund the difference!! I love Harris teeter and I'm not going anywhere else from now on. Also Harris teeter has the best bottled water around.
