“This is a great location. Well stocked with amazing customer service. My husband was looking for a part for his drill to help us disassemble a desk to move it to a new room. We were looking independently when Blue came up and helped us. He was awesome then I selected a Stanley cup and we looked at some other items and headed to self check out. We had a gift card so we were waiting for the employee to help us (they have to type in your DL#) and a nice lady who appeared to be a manager came out of her office to ask if we needed help because we were kinda standing there. She was super nice and said to get started and the attendant would be right over to help. I believe his name was Fabian sooo nice super helpful. The Stanley cup I selected was incorrectly labeled for the price and he happily adjusted it for me. Super excellent customer service and stock. We are happy to be living so close to this location. Tons of helpful employees looking to actively help customers was a breath of fresh air.”
“A whole lot better experience at the Pineville location, the management was awesome and they took care of me without any problems. I'll drive to this location over having to go back to the Monroe location.”

I’ve had such a rough time in life lately and I won’t go into detailBut I just seen a lot of negative thing on top of it in the world and mean people and I just can’t catch a break in life mentally and financially all I’m going to say is the manager and the employees here made it easy to never stop shopping with northern and spend a lot of money on tools they are just extremely kind and beyond helpful I appreciate these people as people I hope my review shows there are good people left .”

“Mark in the hardware department helped a ton with figuring out what I need to build a flag stand for my truck bed, and the best way to go about it. He cut the price of my planned spending amount almost in half. He was also very friendly and respectful.”
“Home remodeling, plenty of items and ideas for home improvement. Most associates are helpful and can give advice on you DYI projects. Prices usually on par with the rival Home Depot. My personal downside is they cut veterans discount program where it cant be used on sale items or major appliances.”
“Way better customer service than the much closer Home Depot. So we prefer Lowes. Dogs allowed is always fun. Kids love going and looking at decorations. Plus, if you are doing a diy and you got something you need, they got it”
“I was recently in the story to pick up a kerosene heater. I was met by a store employee by the name of JC. He was a huge help and very polite. I grew up going to tractor supply stores with my father. This experience for me brought back tons of memories and I think it was because everyone was so polite and inviting. Thank you again JC for all your help!!”
“We go here alot as contractors. They have everything we need to remodel a home or whatever project we are working on at the time. They also have my personal time favorites. The garden section. I bought almost all of my nursery plants from here when they went on sale. Couldn't beat the price. My garden is huge now.”

“My husband and I were at this Home Depot, July 4th. Tooty was outstanding with helping us with all things associated with doing a major painting project at home. She walked us from aisle to aisle pointing out the items we would need that we truly would not have thought of. Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! “I work in and out of Lowe's all the time and they are consistent. Customer service is always good here. If they don't have what you need, drive 20 minutes and the next Lowe's will. This location is great for all your home improvement needs. They are a big chain and you get what you pay for.”
“I dropped my Wright Stander off on Monday late in the day for a tune-up to be ready for the coming season. In the past, it has taken several weeks and sometimes months for my machine to come back. This week, it was ready by Friday morning... less than 4 days!.Cora and Kelcey provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. They both took the time throughout the week to call me and keep me informed on the progress. They were professional, courteous and truly seem to take pride in their jobs.After looking at previous 1-star reviews, I must say that, in the past, I would have concurred with the lack of service and communication that has frustrated others. However, this experience was dramatically different for me.You've got the right people in the right positions STI.... keep them there.”
