I wouldn't recommend getting an auto loan thew FFCU. My car was side-swiped by an uninsured motorist, my vehicle is a total loss. I do have Gap insurance. But the Gap insurance claim is taking forever to go threw. I have to get another vehicle finance at a different bank that approved me on the spot. I been with FFCU for a year. They won't help me at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Stopped here to get help when I realized someone hacked my online banking. The lady was quick to help but I guess didn’t care to transfer over my auto loan to my new account. I got a call from the loan department last week saying I was delinquent on my last two payments. I said that’s not even possible. What it boiled down to, was her not doing her job properly. She opened a new checking account but didn’t transfer my auto loan. They told me I was 10 days from being sent to collections. However no one cared. I had to make 3 car payments in a week. No one apologized or offered any kind of accommodation, even though this was an error on founders part. Switching to founders has been the worst decision.

I have banked with Founders for at about 7 years now. I cannot tell you how much they have changed my life.Personal Loans, refinanced my house, credit cards and the loyalty program.My daughter is currently building her credit and at a super low interest rate. Every persona l banker I have ever worked with feels like family. They know me and my name!!!

Racial profiling! I’m not going to try to withdraw anything from an account if it isn’t mine, first off. You have my picture on the screen when you pull my account and you also have my social. I gave my social but was still being asked weird questions that I’ve never been asked before, “where did this deposit come from?” Like what?! & YES, I’m pulling the race card bc I know for a fact this only happened bc of my race! DO BETTER FOUNDERS!!!!!!!!!!! & then as I drive off, this lady watches me & gives me an EVIL stare. SMH. will definitely take my service elsewhere.

Love Founders have never had an issue, however me and my fiancé went to refinance her vehicle and I wasn’t very appreciative of John Mays attitude, nor has he been very helpful throughout the process. Or nice either. It’s almost as if he doesn’t want to help. Today my fiancé emailed him and asked him if there was a way to check the status of a check all he said was no. So I told her to call the founders help line low and behold she was immediately helped and taken care of.

Everyone is absolutely amazing. New to the Founders team is Ely Vieira treated me & my son like family. This branch treats everyone amazing. Ryan, John and Lorrie the Branch Manager are outstanding. Thanks a million treating my family so kind always answering every question. They always provide excellent customer skills.

I opened an account with founders at one point and put a couple hundred dollars in the account. I really didn't need to use the account and really forgot about it for 12 months. I received a statement the other day and apparently they charge you $25 dormant fee for not using the account. They charged evert month until I had $0 in the account. This is probably the worst bank I have ever dealt with and would never recommend them to anyone. They never even gave me a notification telling me that I needed to use the account or I would be charged a fee. Worst bank in the world!!!!!!!!!

Wish I would have done a little more research before trying to get a checking account here this is the third time I waisted my time coming here And I’m definitely not doing a credit check just to get a checking account when I can go anywhere else and get one without it. Now it’s a year later and I’m just finding out from a different representative that I could’ve opened a savings secured loan account to do what I wanted to do but he never told me about that particular service All I had to do was put the money in my account asked for a savings secured loan and pay it back simple as that.

Every time I go this bank I have issues making DEPOSITS...NOT WITHDRAWALS BUT DEPOSITS!! Always have more than enough money to cover them in any of my 4 accounts. I literally was just turned away trying to make a deposit because the check was a starter check from my own new business that we are waiting for our checks to come in. I will be returning to close all my accounts and put my money into my other credit union that actually appreciates my business!
