Worst dollar tree. No employee acknowledges the customer or even wants to help. I asked for help twice to a cashier and a stocker I assume, both could care less and gave me attitude. Cashier was sitting down while we rung up our items lol, getting paid to do what? Selection in this store was scattered all over the place. The dollar tree in rock hill is so much better; the workers at this one don't have any respect or kindness.

Dollar tree located at 7796 Charlotte Hwy Suite116, Indian Land, SC 29707 has tremendous bargains for only $1.25. Everything used to be basically a dollar but inflation brought it up. Still, you get a whole lot for very little.\\nBravo!

The lady that works at the register is certifiably rude,condensing,and hates her job.When you leave you have to travel thru her wrath of anger to get out the door.I think she's crazy.dont bring your children in this store she will scare them she needs to get a new job where she can throw things at people be rude to them and not do anything all day.not worth the frustration to deal with her.she HATES.her job.the rudest person I ever encountered in my life!get. Real employee!!!!

Every time I go in there staff has an attitude. Specifically an older lady with long hair. She is so rude, grumpy, and just unpleasant to be near. I hate going to checkout because of her. I am just going to stop going because honestly I can’t stand to be treated like garbage anymore. I would complain to the manager, but she is equally as rude so I just won’t go.

Customer service is horrible here, two days in a row the cashier woman, older, with long brown hair has been incredibly rude. If you hate your job just quit, your customer service is more cut out for someone who pics up trash on the side of the road.

Would give it 0 stars if it let me.This review is not for the store itself but for the employee who I spoke to. I just called in to check their hours for 07/04 and the person who answered my call was the most condescending and rude woman, answering with “no honey, I was just sitting here waiting for you to call, staring out the window, thinking of the beach” and hung up!!!

I gave the cashier a $20 to pay for my purchases due to her not paying attention she gave me change for a $5. I told her I gave her a $20 dollar bill. She took her time about wanting to count down the register as I asked her to do. She took the draw out went to the back did not pull any register detail report just went to the office and said she was going to count down the register. The customer behind me didn't have nothing to say while in the store get to his car and call back to the store to tell the lady to count her register. Now she already took the register to the back without me seeing her count the money. She comes back out and said she had to call her manager and the manager told her she suppose to count the money in front of me. At this point she never counted the $20 bills in the draw then tell me her register is correct. I explain to her I only had large bills in my wallet I know what I gave her I don't know what she did when she took the register in the back but I know what I gave her. My advise any customer who don't have anything to say in the store don't be a coward and call back to say anything. The older lady there the other cashier she said the same thing I said she was not supoose to take that draw in the back with out someone else there to verify the money. I hope it made her richer she needed it. My last time shopping at that location.

The employees here work as hard as they can and it is not their fault if the Manager schedules them by themselves. So when you see only one employee there and the line is extremely long, remember that they didn’t write the schedule and they are only human. Have a little compassion for them and some more patience please.I almost went up and started bagging for one employee instead on standing there complaining about them. It can be hard enough, we have all been there. ???

Every time I come to this store the cashier “Debi” is rude. She instantly gets annoyed with all customers. I get the store is busy and there’s always a line wrapped but there is no reason to be rude.

Only one cashier because the other was Getting off in thirty minutes so she just wanted to blow up balloons and even said that she was not going on register bc she did not feel like working last thirty minutes when asked by customer. That's really what she said I can not make this up. Line for cash register was all the way to back of store.

The last couple times I’ve gone in the same cashier coughing nonstop and saying she’s sick. There were at least 3 employees on floor.

The absolute worst dollar tree you can possibly go to. Every single time I go in there the ladies do not acknowledge any customers and all they are doing is gossiping about another coworker that's not even there. I went in there and the employee kept her back to me while talking to the other employee who was eating chips at the register (I'm assuming on break but eating and talking at the same time while customers are in line isn't professional) Neither of them said a word to me or any other customers. She was just tossing my stuff in the bag without a care in the world. Didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt. Not a single word was said to me. I use to work retail, it's so important to greet customers or at least acknowledge them. Completely unprofessional people working at this location!
